Bag split during delivery.

Unfortunately, the delivery box wasn't sealed properly and one of the packets of flour had opened in the box. I would suggest packets of flour are placed in a plastic bag prior to shipping to alleviate potential risk of bag splitting.

We always get our organic spelt flour…

We always get our organic spelt flour from Sharpham. They dispatch very quick.
There was once an issue with my order, they sent out replacement.

Excellent high quality spelt flour

Excellent high quality spelt flour - I made spelt lavash using raw milk yogurt, sour dough starter, a 50/50 split wholemeal / white spelt flour and a pinch of salt. Need all the ingredient together, leave in a warm place for 3-4 hours, shape dough then cook under a hot grill. Serve with salty cheese mmm mmm 😊

Great quality products, that I found difficult to source in the supermarkets.
Packaging was excellent.
Good, on time delivery, as stated.
Fabulous story of how Roger Saul came to start his spelt growing business.
