Poor customer service
Item arrived damaged.
Store staff not interested when i asked for it to be collected and refunded.
Told me it was a dispute between myself and sony and could take upwards of 2 weeks to resolve.
I opened a case with paypal and they ruled in my favour and refunded me promptly.
I expected better from an authorised sony centre.
