Perfect replacement and fast delivery!

I have a braun 9 series shaver. The side trimmer broke a while back. I've been considering replacing the entire shaver. Then I decided to attempt a repair first. I ordered a replacement trimmer from Shaver Outlet. I had my doubts about replacing this myself, but thought "what the heck - I'm considering replacing it anyway". I got the part today. Had the replacement done in about 30 minutes. It wasn't the easiest replacement I've ever done, but it is certainly within the purview of the average do-it-yourselfer. I spent less than $20 to save over $200. Now that's a great deal! The replacement is exact and 100% perfect fit / finish. You'd never know it wasn't the original component. I highly recommend Shaver Outlet and will definitely be back if my needs warrant it. Thanks Shaver Outlet!!

Ordered a replacement screen and blades…

Ordered a replacement screen and blades for my Remington electric razor. No mention anywhere of backorder, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. After 9 days of silence I ask about shipping and told its on backorder. After voicing my displeasure, they canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to do that. Very unprofessional.
And for the record, no Red Lettering anywhere saying backorder. Not when I ordered and not on receipt. Nonsense

When you emailed us about the problem stressing how upset you were, the only logical thing to do was cancel your order.

My 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet…

My 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet and dry shaver which I have kept for sentimental reasons, stopped charging. Watching others videos, I disasembled the shaver. It needed a new battery, which is soldered to the circuit board. The motor was showing rust. The fix would be a multistep process. Trying the do it yourself approach, I first ordered a battery from different company and in the process of soldering the new battery to the circuit board, one of the leads broke off the battery, and I could not reattach it. I was frustrated. I spoke with Brian and Bryan at Shaver Outlet, Inc. They provided the solution at a very reasonable cost and were very timely in sending me my product, which, by the way, was sent packed with great care with bubble wrap. Took about three days from the time I placed my order to receive the shipment by UPS ground. Works great. Words can not express how thankful and pleased I am with their service. Shaver Outlet is a one stop shop. They are my "go to" people for shaver problems.

The Shaver Outlet Experience

Shaver Outlet had the guard sizes for the trimmer I bought that did not come with the product. Site was easy to navigate, selection was solid, the prices were great, and they kept me up to date with my order. I highly recommend Shaver Outlet.

Great Shopping Experience — No Complaints Whatsoever!

I, admittedly, am not a handy person. So, dealing with tiny little screws to replace an old battery was not going to happen. But this "snap off the old blade and snap it into the new handle" was a ... snap. It, truly, couldn't have been easier and faster to do.

I was a little hesitant with purchasing from an unknown entity. But my pre-purchase correspondence with Brian was clear and respectful. And he gave me good advise, steering me toward the simpler solution to my problem.

The transaction went as smooth as smooth could be. The new handle (with all of the various components inside) appear to be in perfect condition, were well packaged and arrived very quickly. No complaints whatsoever.

I sent my 30+ year old Norelco razor in…

I sent my 30+ year old Norelco razor in the get new batteries. The batteries had not held a charge for several years, and I got tired of plugging it in. The mailman picked it up on a Monday and delivered it back to me on the following Saturday. When I got it, I charged it up as directed and i have been shaving with it without having to charge it for two weeks so far. I am a happy customer

Curious Consumer to Raving Fan

This customer went from curious consumer to raving fan in 48 hours. My initial contact with Shaver Outlet was intended to diagnose why my high end wet/dry Braun shaver would no longer take a charge.

Not expecting more than the standard "We won't know unless you send it to us for a look", I was surprised that Brian's first response was actually a question. He asked me if I used this device a lot in the shower. In fact, that was EXACTLY the reason why I had purchased it 3 years ago. I learned that problem was very likely that a seal was broken allowing water inside. While my shaver could be fixed much cheaper as a "dry" shaver, it would be cost prohibitive to restore its capacity as a "wet" shavers.

Based on my affinity to continue shaving in the shower, he recommended the Panasonic line which, in his 26 years of experience, had proven better performance as a wet electric shaver than Braun. He quoted me a special discount on a particular model that was approximately 40% off the normal retail price. I went on Amazon that night and found the exact Panasonic model. Not only was Brian's price $10 cheaper, but the shipping cost to buy directly from the Shaver Outlet website was about half that of Amazon because my home address was less than 120 miles from their location.

If I had purchased the Panasonic ES-LV95-s from Amazon, I would have waited a week for delivery. Instead, my package was delivered to my door by UPS ground overnight! Best of all, the shaved works like a champ in the shower. I am now a highly loyal customer based on my conversation with a very competent advisor and the exceptional buying experience I had this week. A++++.

ShaverOutlet is Legit…

I received exactly what I ordered and it worked perfectly. I ordered the Wahl Standard 30mm Replacement blade. It came quickly and fit perfectly and is really nice and sharp.

Kudos to ShaverOutlet.com for providing such excellent photos of their products. It was a great help in locating the exact replacement I needed.

I ordered two replacement comb guards…

I ordered two replacement comb guards for an electric hair clipper. It was unclear whether the parts would fit my model or not. One did and one didn’t, and so they canceled my entire order. The tone of their reply felt like a reprimand, that I should’ve read their information more carefully. It felt like they didn’t even want to be in business.

was billed for a product i never ordered, never even heard of this company

here's the deal. on oct.30 i received an e-mail telling me my credit card was charged $5.43. a couple minutes later i got an e-mail saying it was declined. a few hours later they tried billing me again, again declined. my credit card co. contacted me to verify the charge, now i have to wait for a new card. don't know how these yaa-hoos got my number, but i would highly recommend you don't buy ANYTHING from them

If you have not been in contact with your bank, please contact them immediately as your card has been compromised. They can explain to you in more detail.
Shaver Outlet, does not have your card information. What has happened is a credit card thief has gotten your card information and attempted to place an order on our site. Your bank approved it and that is why you see a 'pending' transaction on your on-line account. However, our credit card processor declined the transaction due to the suspected fraud. You will never be charged. The 'pending' transaction that you initially saw, will simply disappear within a few days.

at your own risk...

bought parts for my shaver, parts are ok but, paid for 2 and only received 1.

tried to contact them...no reply, no nothing, lost my money!!!

i got the feeling that, at the other end, wen they receive replys they go, HA-HA-HA...

ho woaw, instead of trying to help me , you reply saying that i am to dumb to write the correct email adress...maybe the dumb one is the one that ship my parts and cannot count up to the number 2...
if you dont like bad reviews, dont answer like this and start working on your employes...

Great service!

I needed a replacement charger for a shaver. The aftermarket versions sold on Amazon claimed to be compatible, but many reviews confirmed that they in fact were not.

But Brian at Shaver Outlet knew exactly what he was talking about and promptly shipped me the correct charger. A first-class professional.

May a purchase did not like

May a purchase did not like, said it was used, was returned back. I did not see on their site no returns. Will not recommend or purchased anything from this company. They don't stand by their products for customer satisfaction.

This was a great service!!

This was a great service!!! I had an 18 year old Braun that the motor and batteries died. Didn't think repair was even an option until my wife found Shaver outlet. I was on the fence about repair vs new shave. I called and talked to Brian and he walked me thru troubleshooting the problems. He diagnosed the issue and told me he could fix it. We also discussed a new shaver that he recommended that was like my original. I decided on fixing so I sent to him the shaver on Friday March 8th and I have it back today March 13 and it works perfect!! Thank you Brian for all your help and knowledge. I will certainly return for any shaving needs that I have. So glad to have my Braun fixed like new..
