Good experience
Ordered before Christmas and received very quickly. Found out before New Year that cardigan I had purchased had a faulty front seam. Shaws arranged courier collection (excellent communications) and was refunded about a week later. Very happy and would shop again.

One item was totally different than advertised. I returned this item and another to the store and received refund for one item but not the other after almost a week.
