If you want a sink with impact…
If you want a sink with impact resistance, and a lifetime warranty do not buy a Shaws sink , after only three weeks of use ours is marked and the glaze is very thin and marks all the time, we are very upset with the quality of this product, Shaws will have nothing to do with it. We have not dropped anything into the sink as implied , have no children , pets , smokers , whatever just two 60 year old who saved for a kitchen of our dreams. Very Very disappointed. Following response thank you but we still believe the durability of this product is not what we purchased into and a lifetime guarantee should be longer than a few weeks. Thank you

Your situation is unfortunate, but it is one we have looked at thoroughly. Our Technical Manager and one of our other senior managers have reviewed the photographs you sent to us, and one of our team has visited your property and looked at the damage in person. All three concluded that the problem was not caused by a flaw in manufacture, but impact damage, which is not covered by the Shaws warranty. (No ceramic sink can withstand all impacts, even a Shaws sink, which is as strong as they come.) That is, quite clearly, a view you disagree with. We do have to have a process for dealing with warranty claims, and our aim is to be as fair as possible.
