Really happy with the service that Stuart provided - upgraded my laptop with Windows 11.

Following an isuue with my Laptop, Stuart was with me fairly quickly, diagnosed the issues and promptly repaired / resolvwd the issues.
Cetainly recommend him

Our computer is old so it was reassuring to know Stuart was able to sort the problems we have been experiencing. We keep thinking the computer will need to be replaced so we were extremely pleased with Stuart's knowledge and skills.

Stuart came very quickly and supplied a new lap top which was just right for an elderly lady. He made sure I could use everything and took the stress out the situation for me. He explained everything and even sorted a problem with my printer and i pad.

Stuart fixed my computer brilliantly. It was running really slowly and hadn't been updated for a couple of years. All sorted and running like a dream now. Can't thank him enough for sorting it all out. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing to fix the problems (in a non-technical way, me being a complete technophobe!!). Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help.

I am in my 80s and needed to replace my outdated laptop, which operated on Windows 7.
I contacted S H and explained the fairly small number of applications for which I used my laptop.
S H suggested a range of laptops which would meet my requirements. The outcome was that I purchased a less expensive laptop than the model I originally had in mind..
During the installation of my new laptop and printer S H was prompt, courteous and worked with quiet efficiency.
Finally he patiently answered my long list of questions on procedures and techniques until I felt confident in operating my new laptop alone.

The computer is the best yet, but, service & good equipment can always be found with this consultancy. After sales service is excellent and goods are always the best for your pocket.

Stuart addressed the computer issue I had swiftly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and always helpful.

I have been having all sorts of problems with my laptop, over the last Year. Antechs had it several times, did all sorts of tests over several days and never cured it.

Stuart checked it out at my house and diagnosed a slow hard drive. Fitted a new SSD and transferred all mt stuff over seamlessly and it's like a new machine. Superfast in everything I do!!!!

Stuart visited me today to investigate two faults, one being a particularly nasty PC virus which I was unable to fix, as also a fault on my WiFi, which had caused my internet to be down for the last month!
Stuart visited from SH Consultancy, and within a short time had fixed both faults in record time!
