Due to the pandemic there have been some delays so we are very sorry you have had a bad experience regarding recieiving your goods. All our items are tracked and customers are notified via email tracking number details. Please can you tell me your order number and I can check this for you immediately. We are not a scum business and understand you may be waiting for your goods but would appreciate it if you did not give our business a battering. You were not sent an email to review us on products furthermore which also is very strange. Please send order number so we know this is a genuine statement you are making

I have bought all my new tools from Shear Sophistication because the business is owned by a trained hairdresser who understands what your requirements are. Did not know what scissors would be best for advanced cutting techniques going on to my 3rd year at college so asked via the website and got a personal message from the owner. Really hope this new business does well in the industry as Toni knows exactly what shes talking about when it comes to cutting hair. Cheers Toni :)
