Bit of a fan.
Love these products. Recommended To all my friends. I sleep better, i finally have nails, my hair is shiny and my joints feel better!
I have protein every day in my yoghurt.
In winter especially, i go to bed with one or two peri hot choccy.
Love that there is no sugar and organic AND Aussie made. Owners are women and so easy to reach out to.
My fave drink is a tie, between trusty, peri hot chocolate and the new peri rose and vanilla latte
Second is peri chai latte, and third peri salted caramel latte.
I always reach for a peri chai latte, instead of a third morning coffee.
Not a huge fan of the Caramel, but i gifted it in to my sister and she loves it.
Cant wait to try the next flavour. 🥰

I noticed a difference in my sleeping very quickly once I started drinking Peri Hot Choccy. And with the better sleep came a calmer personality again :). It goes everywhere with me now - there is no going back

The product is wonderful, I noticed difference in my sleep and mood within weeks of having the chai and have used it ever since. The protein powder is delicious and great for my morning smoothies. Delivery and customer service is awesome. Just a great product and business for woman in mid life.

The products make me feel sooo much better! At first, I wasn’t a fan of all the flavours, but after experimenting with different combinations and chatting with customer service for tips and suggestions, I’m now hooked on my daily cuppa! 😊

My favourite is the chai latte, which I enjoy with hot water and a splash of almond milk – so comforting and my go-to when I need a little pick-me-up.

In the mornings, I make a smoothie with vanilla protein, Peri hot chocolate, and salted caramel. I toss in a banana, add water and almond milk, and it keeps me satisfied until lunch – and it tastes amazing!

The products are of excellent quality and made in Australia, which is really important to me. The prices aren’t cheap, but they’re fair, and when there’s an offer, it’s definitely worth stocking up.

Love love the Peri Chai Latte. My moods are better, bloating is much better, my sleep is amazing 😍

I alternate between the Chai Latte and the Salted Caramel and have never slept so well! My husband also likes the hot choccy (with a little sugar) as it helps his sleep too.

I've ordered the Choccy Woccy pack twice now and we'll be doing so again! I'm sleeping better, having less hot flushes, and get to eat/drink more chocolate!

The peri products are amazing, the peri hot choccy is my absolute fave, keeps me calm, helps me sleep, and even now i am on HRT - the products are still a dream. I have been consuming them for a few years now, and will keep consuming. Thank you...

The peri rose and vanilla latte..is truly delicious and decadent.
The scent once the hot water hits the pink coloured powder, is so comforting and dreamy..a light rose scent mixed with creamy vanilla. And it tastes even better than it smells!
I feel like a goddess drinking it! Truly indulgent. I sometimes add a bit of honey for a hint of sweetness, it’s amazing either way.

Peri Hot Choccy and Peri Salted Caramel Latte are my absolute favourites from the line up. Not only do they taste great, but my sleep has improved, my mood has improved and I feel more settled in my body.

I have subscribed to the Peri Chai Latte as I enjoy it so much. With all the spices being therapeutic for my health, it's a beautiful way to enjoy an arvo chai. It's not a sweet latte, but it's spicy and I love it. Off to make another cup 💋

While I am well past menopause I do have 3 favourite products. Peri hot choccy, salted caramel latte and peri chai latte. I also mix two different flavours together to get a different flavour.
This company posts their products very promptly and even here in the outback I receive my orders in a very quick timeframe.
While they are sugar free they do contain monk fruit or honey powder which in my view is better than cane sugar. Well recommended.

Shebangs Peri Salted Caramel Latte has been a serious game changer for my peri symptoms! Skeptical at first since I felt like nothing was helping with my irritability, brain fog and broken sleep, I was truly blown away with the results of this product. Really lovely way to start my day and has significantly reduced my irritability and braking fog as well as my sleep. Did i mentions it also tastes amazing?!? Truly, feels like i’m starting my morning with a naughty treat! All in all, I can recommend Shebangs products enough! Shebang have created amazing products that have made a huge difference to me during perimenopause.
I have the hot chocolate before bed every night and it's my favourite I love the hops taste and just add a dash of milk and to my taste I don't need any additional sweetener, this has helped with the night sweats which were a torment and now non existent, also helps me drift off into a very relaxed state.
I am not really one for protein shakes so I have found that by adding the protein powder with my Greek yoghurt and mixing and topping with fresh berries it's like a mouse and feels such a treat for breakfast, I have also found that by adding the extra protein into my diet I can train at the gym just as efficiently as I could 10 years ago with less recovery time needed.
The latest latte flavour Rose Vanilla is devine and I am very interested to see how this is also going to benefit my body as the other products have.

I absolutely love this drink! The taste texture and the fact I can actually sleep all through the night has been a game changer! My favourite is the turmeric but to be honest they all taste delicious!

I cant tell you how happy I am I found SheBang. Ive been really struggling with perimenopause symptoms for a while now (terrible sleep, rubbish skin, low mood, hot flushes etc) and needed something to help get on top of it all. I tried a few different things but saw no real impact. I can honestly say that SheBang has really helped me turn a corner. I started with the Hot Choccy and my sleep has really improved, and mornings so much easier! The protein powders are delicious. Ive gotten into a routine of starting the day with a protein powder smoothie (the choccy one with Coconut milk, frozen cherries, and banana is my favourite), and feel stronger, healthier, more in control. My skin has stopped looking so dull.

I honestly didnt think it would have such an impact but it really has. I'm a convert! ❤️
