Terrible products and awful company. I ordered 2 packs of 3 but only received 2 pairs in totally so I am missing 4 pairs. I emailed the company constantly but didn't get a reply. When I actually tried to use them they don't even work!

First order arrived in about 4 weeks and was great, so ordered another 3 pairs over 5 months ago. No show and no reply to messages and emails. Not happy.

I ordered 3 pairs. Got one, wrong size and colour. Never got the rest. They don't reply to emails. Scammers.

First of all I paid for three pairs and only got one. I contacted the company and still have not heard anything back about that. Second, I can't even get them on because the leg holes are so small and tight

I placed an order six months ago and have not received it. I ordered two 3 packs of underwear. I eventually received two individual pairs of a different colour. I have emailed three times regarding this and have had no reply and no refund. AVOID!!

Wish I could warn everyone. They took my money and I've got nothing to show for it. I've been fighting to get my money back, but to no avail. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Did anyone ever make an attempt to get their money back. Wish I had seen this before ordering. Clearly a scam as has happened to way to many people - I ordered 2 packs of 3 for my daughter and have received nothing and now there is no record of my order on their website when I put the order number in. I had shipping updates and tracking information then got notification of a delay in delivery and since then nothing and no reply to communications.

IT IS A SCAM. They are a really bad site never got the rest of my stuff. I only got one item from them which was very badly made, and I asked for a refund and I never did hear back from them again after that. Don't trust Shebits never again.

Horrible!! Ordered 3 pairs 6 months ago and only got one pair after 3 months. No one ever responded to my emails. Never again!

Ordered a pack three actually got two pairs but they don’t fit and same as everyone else tried to email and they don’t answer back terrible fraudulent company😡

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews on here before ordering! This company are nothing but fraudsters!
I ordered two sets of period pants for my daughter, 2 months on I am still waiting for them to be delivered and they will not reply to any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

Same as everyone else. Ordered a pack of three and when I received the package there was one pair in a size way too small that I didn’t order. Tried contacting them multiple times now, but no ones replying. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY

Ordered May 3rd...have yet to receive them... And no one will return my emails. FRAUD!

Same as everyone else - ordered 3 pairs got 1. Awful quality and haven't even tried them out as doubt they will do as advertised. Acknowledgement of complaint but nothing further and have complained numerous times.

Quite simply a scam.

This company is total fraud! Do not buy anything from them! I ordered 3 panties and I received only 1 panty in the price of 3 that too after 2 months. I emailed them to send me the other 2 pieces or return my money back but they haven't replied yet. Does anyone know where to file a complaint about this fraudulent company?

Ordered two packets of 3 pairs of period underwear pants on 18th May. Nearly 3 months later still not received anything. Emailed them numerous times about my order but apart from one standard reply ... NOTHING. This is clearly a SCAM company. Wish i’d Seen the reviews before purchasing and wasting money!!! In process of contacting credit card company to notify them of this. Will also let shopify know they are allowing fraudsters use their portal.

I didn't get what I ordered. I send e-mail twice but they don´t answer me.

Same situation as everyone else. Ordered a pack of 3 and received only one, and in the wrong size. Multiple attempts to contact the seller, got nowhere. Filed a dispute with PayPal, got denied. Refiled, got denied again. These scammers are able to prove that your package arrived, so PayPal shuts the case down. I'm guessing that PayPal can't reach them to get the $ back, so they give you a bogus reason for closing the case.

They are scammers. They take your money and provide you with a reduced quantity of vastly inferior quality products from the ones that you ordered. Quite simply criminals.

SCAMMERS!! Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 packs of 3 pants and 2 months later nothing has arrived. No response to my attempts to contact them other than auto email responses. This is clearly a fraudulent company.
