My husband ordered some items for me for
Christmas. It took about a month for delivery. I did not like the items. Poor quality and too small. I have sent a few emails and not one response to date. Please do not buy from this company. This company seems to be a scam. Lost out on about $100. What a disappointment.

My husband ordered an outfit for me from this sight, after seeing that they offered no hassle returns. Thats a load of crap, they still have yet to respond, so we just threw out $60+. POOR QUALITY AND TOTAL SCAM! Do not order from Shecutie.

I received my product after waiting a month. I ordered the short set and pants set pajamas. The quality of the product is bad. The stitching is bad, the material is shedding and the inside of the shirts is rough when it's directly against your skin. I have emailed the company directly through the website and via email at the email address they provided. I haven't received a response and it's been 2 weeks. The quality of their product is trash and you will not be able to contact anyone to exchange/ get a refund. I would not recommend using this company or purchasing their products.

I purchased a medium pair of the short set and the pant set on Dec. 4th, 2022 for my wife. I received them on Dec. 29th and after my wife tried them on determined she needed a large. I have been trying to contact the company by email and also even found an address that is the same as theirs in New Mexico with a different company name but same layout of the website. I called that phone number and left a message. I still haven't received any response back for instructions on how to get exchange these for a large. So, while I did get the product, I am having a very difficult time contacting them for exchange instructions.

UPDATE -- FOUND PACKAGE AT DOORSTEP THE VERY SAME DAY I POSTED THIS REVIEW
Items were smaller than expected but very very cute for my teenage girls.

I placed an order on 12/5. my card was charged and to date 12/27/22 no order no tracking no response from the company after 3 email attempts as there is no customer service telephone number to call.

DON'T ORDER . Can't edit your order once you make a order, can't talk to anyone on the phone, received a shipping number and my order still hasn't shipped just says waiting for item shipping label made. Just a head ache .HAD to send emails to make my order a large in stead of a medium and still don't know what they're sending because they never responded . Lesson learned don't order anything with out checking reviews ....

Ordered 12/1 and as of 12/17 has not shipped yet. Three emails to support and no reply. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the company and they have my money. I’ll edit my review if the product ever shows up, but for now recommend to NOT DO BUSINESS with them

Paid for items over 2 weeks ago. Still not received. Their add said they have 24/7 online support. Emailed them several times asking where my order is . No reply they processed payment the day of order. False advertising do not buy from them would be my recommendation.

Cant get a callback. I placed my order over two ago and have heard nothing! The phone # doesnt work and cant get an email reply. Calling my cc and canceling the transaction

Bought 2 sets for my girlfriend, 1 with the pant and 1 with shorts. it’s her new favorite thing to wear to bed and to lounge around the house! Highly satisfied!!

After placing an order in October, I waited 2 weeks after order confirmation and there was no update to the order and no shipment was made. I sent an email to check on the condition and there was no response A month has passed and order still has not shipped and sent another email to ask about the order. Still no response to this day. This website has taken my money and has given no way to get a refund if no one replies back. Beware of this scam.
