This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The shed was of poor quality and a 3 month dialogue has taken place to try to get matters rectified. Avoid this company at all costs!
We ordered a shed 1 month ago, one part of it was faulty. Although staff are friendly and receptive on the phone we are still waiting for our replacement part one month later, nobody appears to know what the problem is.
Our order arrived within the five days delivery time as promised. Unfortunately one of the panels was missing and the supplier was unable to deliver it within the time we needed the shed up and constructed. Shedstore customer service was great despite issues with the supplier. We received a full no quibble refund when the supplier had failed to collect the no longer required shed within the 10 days of canceling the order. They are now looking into issues with the supplier - presumably to prevent this happening again. 10/10 for customer service, shame that one of their suppliers let them down in this instance.
Advised 5 working days for delivery on website, actually took 11 working days (15 days in total). Subcontracted forest garden for shed who them contract streamline to deliver. Confused? I am. Advised 12-3pm for delivery and was left in garden at 11:25am despite specifically saying I wanted someone present for delivery. Family came as driver was taking last if goods off van & signed for goods. No contact made by shed store. Base is not suitable if you are putting onto a frame so I had to buy another floor... Window does not fit properly and instructions are not easy to read.
Delivery: As promised. Was called and told in advance of the delivery date, which was adhered to. Shed: Looks very flimsy but when put together looks sturdy. The door however is not very good and buckles easily. Also the screws on the door catch when trying to close the door. The handle is Plastic!!! Why can\'t they give a metal handle for a metal shed. Looked at the website, no metal handles even to buy as an option. Guess you cannot complain at this price.
2 panels were wrongly packed, but Yardmaster the manufacturer sent us replacements straight away without any fuss. Impressed.
