Real people that are helpful and polite
I ordered 2 windows late at night and then discovered they were the wrong windows. I called right a way and got a message that they were closed. I Unexpectedly received a phone call back from them at 9:00 in the morning. They immediately refunded the price of the windows and shipping. Within 10 minutes I had received the refund on my account. It was nice to deal with a real person let alone one that was so helpful and polite. I will definitely deal with this company again when I ordered the rest of the windows.

Great family run company
Great family run company. Got my items quickly and were well packed. They have all of the hard to find things I needed for my shed and the playhouse I am building.
