I had ordered a perfume of armaf club de nuit intense man. but its not a orignal as per before. the bottle spray nob is also diffrent and also the fragrance was not lasting as like before. on bottle sticker is also diffrent. if sheel want to contact me yes they can and ill prove it. because this perfume i am using from last 2 years and always buying from sheeel.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the Sheeet shopping app. I placed an order, but instead of receiving the items I chose, I got completely different products of lower quality and price. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the response has been disappointing. They claimed to have raised a ticket for an exchange, but I have not heard back since. Each time I contact customer service, I receive the same unhelpful response: "We are sorry, and we will raise a ticket." I cannot recommend using this app due to its untrustworthy and poor service.

Very Bad Service. I not recommend this site. customer service give you wrong information. i buy 20 Kd food discount coupon Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my mother fell ill, and I had to urgently travel to my home country. This unexpected situation prevented me from using the coupon within the specified timeframe. I understand the importance of adhering to the expiration policy, but I kindly request them understanding and support in extending the validity of my coupon.
but the never did and i loss my 20 Kd coupon they can not extend or refund the coupons

Their service was so bad!!i dont reccomend this app/site..i made an order and not recieved it!and their call center are terrible!they will just sent you an apology repeatedly and nothing will happened!👎👎👎👎

Hope you improve your services specially when dealing with health department,
there are Clinik’s you shouldn’t deal with,
you should try yourself the Clinik’s before advertising on your platform!!!

When i was checking out and paid from my items, it mentioned delivery Of 1 item would be on the same day And the other item the next. No one showed up that day. Or the next day. So i called and they told me delivery would be after 5 days! Wth? It was a bday gift and it is pointless if t doesnt come on the promised date. Dont depend on their delivery dates. They wont show up.

Until they have advertised a salon called Orchidia beauty and spa and I was stupid enough to buy their coupon.... And the nightmare began...

If you want to get a lousy hair cut, make your hair loose its shape, get out of there furious iso happy, get totally unhappy, stressed out and humiliated by the crappy non-English-speaking and over-confident bunch of ill manered and unprofessional women, like Mrs. Sara-a hostess with a stoned face, working in their Sabah Al Salem branch, all of this and get ripped off in the end....

Never ever trust them or Sheeel.com while advertising their discounted services, you will get ripped off and get out angry from their Salon..not to mention your damaged hair.
After all this,while trying to claim my money back, after waiting for 2 weeks and forced to call myself a Mr. Sami, who claimed he knows the owner and he was a very nice man, as if this will restore my lost hair, only told me, I could get back 15 kwd only, because I have used their "lovely" other services...
I will never regret more spending 15 kwd, to have my hair savaged and damaged...

They claim 48 hour shipping, it's never happened. They also sell fake products.
