In summary, Sheena’s service is exceptional, from start to finish.
We have just been on the trip of a lifetime to South Africa on safari then Mauritius which was a 14,000 mile odyssey of travelling, connecting flights, logistics and luxury hotels. Everything had been thought of, Sheena’s attention to detail and responsiveness is amazing.
Sheena has also curated a family villa holiday later in the year, and again - all the details are spot on.
I don’t want to consider booking any holiday now without Sheena as I know that everything will be 5* and beyond.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sheena for two major trips and I can honestly say she exceeded every expectation we had.

Most recent was our family trip to Japan. I was overwhelmed by the planning at first, but Sheena took care of every detail from finding family-friendly hotels in great areas, to suggesting reservations at cultural experiences we’ll never forget (yes, even ones that were supposedly “fully booked”!).
