Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Placed the order and got a confirmation email. Two days later, nothing more. Sent message through website. No reply. Rang a mobile number on the website and was told that they were on holiday until 15 August and that a message was on the website. It isn’t . The person I spoke to was incredibly evasive and tried to insist the lack of delivery and service was my fault. He has promised an immediate refund but I have lodged a complaint with PayPal nonetheless. Worst service I have experienced in many a year. The seller is now saying he can’t refund me as PayPal won’t let him!

Excellent variety and quality

Very good quality skins and rugs; with fast shipping. Was posted via special delivery which I was very happy with due to value of my purchase.
The website is easy to navigate and the hide photographed is the hide you are purchasing, so there is the assurance you know what you are buying.
Will definitely buy from them again in the future.
