What is customer service?
I emailed customer service about address that I wanted to purchase that was canceled on a different website. The customer service person told me they would let me know on Monday if they had the dress in stock because on the weekend they are not able to see inventory. I emailed them on Monday because I had not heard from them and they had told me that they did in fact have the dress I was looking for. I ordered it. A few days later, they canceled my order for whatever reason and never responded to any emails or any of the chats that I tried to send. I was never given a reason as to why the dress was canceled and no one spoke further with me. It’s really disappointing cause initially the customer service person was very helpful but to spend all the money I spent on a dress and then four days later to have it canceled out of nowhere when it should’ve already had been processed because it did tell me that it was processing on the tracker is really disappointing and it makes me never want to do business with this company again.
