Fantastic value for such a high quality product, Sheertex hosiery is durable & pretty. I have ordered for myself and family members. Ordering & delivery are always simple/straightforward. I highly recommend Sheertex, whenever I can.

I have waited more than 4 weeks now and assume its not gonna get delivered ever.
Contacted costumer support and got 1 reply from an AI. The reply was the exact same message as i found on their page when i tracked the package.
I even contacted local post in my country to see if they'd gotten it (as it states on the tracking it should be in my country), and they haven't recieved it!
So now im 80dollars short, and have nothing to show for it. Can't even get an actual human from this company on the line!
I'm thinking its a scam

They look great on my legs and they are very comfortable to wear all day. Love them

Got a tear the very first day wearing… Not satisfied at all for the amount I paid for the tights.

The leggings provide nice support and last for months, when worn all day every day, before the fabric begins to thin. Well worth the price and the quality is excellent.

Great tights, I keep coming back and buying more, the black original ones are a staple in my wardrobe, I wear them multiple times a week.

i paid $20 for a mystery pair of tights. they were absolute garbage quality with pulls already in them when i received. i tried to contact customer service to address this issue and hopefully get a refund and send them back but never heard form anyone.

Update : customer support said they shipped a new order for free. That was 2 weeks ago. No tracking data has been sent and the supposed new order itself does not exist on the Sheertex website. Absolute shambles.

Sheertex had a really cool product. I have ordered from them 3-4 years ago and the experience was perfect. However, it seems that ownership/ management changed, and everything went downhill. I placed a new order about 3 weeks ago and never received it. The courier they said they do not recognize the tracking number Sheertex says they have used - it simply does not exist on their system.
When I emailed sheertex support they said to file a claim with the courier. The courier says that's not possible, since the tracking number does not exist and hence they don't know what to even look for.
After I have provided Sheertex with that information they stopped answering my emails ( it is been 4 days since the last email I sent now).
Unfortunately, I am now preparing for the possibility that I will neither see the tights I thought I bought, or any refund for them.

Low quality product

I am a flight attendant. I purchased the sheertex latte tights. The wide waistband is very comfortable and the tights so far seem very durable.

Customer service is absolutely terrible , I ordered something for my girlfriend and it never got here .She emailed three times , no response .Horrible she will go elsewhere .

the tights had an odd fit.
i’ve purchased 10-15 pairs of sheertex tights over the past few years and these last two pairs don’t fit and seem to lack quality.

I have waiting since 3/2/26 to have someone help me with a problem with my order. I have sent 6 emails. Only 2 have even been replied to and still nothing has been resolved.
I’m extremely disappointed. because I love your product, but every time I order I have problems.

Worth the money! I am 5'11, 175 lbs, and between a size 8-10. I have both large and XL tights and prefer the XL, though both fit! The large are tight and don't have much stretch due to my height, but the XL have lots of extra room. The drawback of extra room means they are more prone to snag. I had my large pair 5 years before they truly ripped. Do not expect them to be perfect- snags will result in imperfections but not runs. I have a few imperfections but can still throw them in the washing machine without ruining them!

Don't get me wrong, I love how my legs look in the sheer tights. However, I feel like quality must've changed? The last time I bought Sheertex was maybe five years ago, and those were finally on their last leg (pun unintended.) Day I received them, I tried on the sheer tights and they immediately had a small snag. I've worn them a few more times since then and have just tried to keep the snag out of sight, but it's a huge bummer especially for the price.

These tights scream bag lady. They are thick and semi opaque, and the nude color i ordered is an orangey tan. Will not wear. And their customer service doesn't exist. They will not answer my email after three times.

Received two defective tights in my order. They confirmed they could replace them under their 90 day guarantee, which seems great! Only one pair of tights has been replaced at this point and when I inquired about the second pair they confirmed no replacement had been logged in their system. Meaning nothing had shipped out yet, so they would rectify this as I had been waiting 3 months since first logging my issue with them. An additional month later and I haven’t received a replacement, I’ve followed up and no one has responded. Not sure why they dropped the ball with the second replacement tights but makes me feel as if Sheertex has gone down in both quality and service. Would recommend exploring other brands instead.
