The tights arrived with a run in the upper stocking. I reached out to customer service about a week ago (including sending a photo) with no response.

They guarantee a replacement if their tights rip which happened to me on the first wear. I reached out to them several times but never got an answer

Never received my order. Never received a reply to any of my emails asking for customer support. Extremely unhappy and will be filing a complaint with the FTC if I do not receive a response from customer service.

Never received my product and have contacted the for one month with countless emails. No resolution….

I don't like the product, have repeatedly attempted to return it, and have gotten zero response from the company in spite of trying every possible avenue to return. I would give them zero stars if i could!

Unfortunately I think the quality of these tights has gone down. I bought a few pairs a couple of years ago and they were awesome, but these recent pairs snagged in multiple places after one wear. Not a hole, but the kind of snagging that bunches up on top of the material after rubbing against something (inside of boot, for example). Really disappointed, this was my go-to brand!

I’ve ordered 4 now of the original pair and the tights itself have either 1. Had a rip already in the toe area and 2. 3 of them have ripped not on the tights itself, but the in pelvic region section it’s always ripping. It sucks I buy from this company because the tights are sturdy but not the cloth in the pelvic region. So irritating.

Bought two pairs and both had issues on the second wear. Submitted a response to the company right away. They responded to the first email and then stopped. I followed up with 2 extra emails, and silence. They promise quality and charge a premium for it. This is no better quality than the ones 1/5 of the price at the grocery store.

My tights came damaged with a hole in the groin area. I’ve reached out to support several times with no response other than the automated one. With the poor quality of the tights and lack of response from customer support I am disappointed in this purchase and do not recommend.

The seam in the feet tore on one side after only an hour of wearing them.

Went off of the size chart online, not a great fit. Weirdly felt too short (I’m 5’3”) and small (ordered size L and I’m 170lb). Opened them to try them on so I can’t return them and now I’m stuck with them.

Sheertex are a great product. At 5’6” with regular length legs I find them to be a bit short. The rise is fine but the leg length is a little short and doesn’t feel great on toes after a while.

Easy website - fast shipping. Been waiting for the nude color to get restocked in a size large. Would love it if you have a “notify my email” option for restocking so I can get on it and buy! And or a waitlist somehow?! I’d def put myself on it to get these in Nude. Love them.

I’m really disappointed. These tights are so uncomfortable-the control top has zero give and is hard to pull up - I even sized up, the fabric of the control top is also rough and uncomfortable. I will be returning.

Saved up to buy this product and was very very disappointed. Pulls and snags at the smallest touch. I tried the advice on to smooth it out (pinch and pull and wash). Nothing helped. Pulled a hole in it while trying to fix them. Customer service was kind and responsive but I just wanted my money back and all they could do was send me another pair which was disheartening. I wanted to love but was so disappointed.

I think the product is great, and have had the socks before, but didn't know the shipping fees and Tarrifs were going to be so much more than I paid for the items. I can't blame the product but the shippers fees and surprise amount of tarrifs is a problem.

My new tights came with a hole in the cr0tch straight out of the box. I tried them on and the hole grew bigger and made more tears and holes. I used the contact form to let sheertex know and ask about a replacement, but they never got back to me. Disappointing as these are supposed to be indestructible tights, and you would think customer service would be 1. Easier to access (finding the contact form on their website is weirdly challenging) and 2. More responsive to the customer in this situation.
