Please stay away from this site! Between 3/2 and today I won $1200 my first two redemptions were approved even though they tried to stall by asking for a selfie with my holding my debit cards, but now I have $850 more of redemptions pending and now they’re asking for crazy crap like wanting me to take a selfie in front of my home holding a newspaper( like wtf). I contacted support and the AI agent responded saying that they don’t require those steps for additional verification yet both emails came from sheesh. Has anyone ever had experience with this same situation? If they keep stalling I’m going to dispute with my bank.
Update- I was able to get my redemptions!

I've had a pending redemption of 900+ dollars since 2/3/2026. Support is just an AI message and doesn't exist. I've contacted them numerous times by email. I've tried contacting them on facebook and instagram with no response. This is a scam company. If you purchased from this site, immediately chargeback and dispute. I suggest everyone to stay away from this casino.

This place triples your playthrough on regular deposits. Deposit 5 and you have to playthough 15. No other casino does this on standard priced packages. I played well over 1000 sc and yet it says i have to play through 30 sc more. All i did was deposit 10 dollars. So how is it playing over 1000 sc that my unplayed balance is/was 15 sc which when depositing 5 more it doubled to 30. This place is full of cheapness and greed at every corner. This place cheats and ultimately is completely unfair and frankly i think these guys are nothing but scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS CROOKED AND WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY ARE DOING TO ME.

I played normally without issues until I tried to redeem my money. They cancelled my redemption, made something up about violating Terms and Conditions, and banned my account, stealing the money I used to purchase there.

I really like the site its fast and responsive but I redeemed a awesome win I had on 2/8/26 and still haven't received it just pending im a verified player through them if my redeem would go through i would give them another shot and see if second redeem is faster just get AI responses when I email but its been like 8 days not including weekends usually dont have issues redeeming anywhere I hope they get it done soon!

Redeemable balance goes down when you lose, changed their playthrough to 3x, and they ask for social security card if you happen to win (that is if they don't ban you for simply winning), stay away from this casino at all costs!!! Plenty of other options out there, not sure who manages this one but wow they use to be great and went downhill FAST

I am very frustrated with this site and wish I read the reviews before playing but I guess im just adding to the bad reviews. I bought in with a welcome package and I did win but I am having a horrible time trying to get my redemption. I picked gift cards because they are usually faster 1 to 3 days tops. I got one from Playfame yesterday and recieved it in less than 12 hours using the same gift card service. I did my kyc verification and am verified on sheesh which should prove who I am. I feel loke they are looking for any reason not to payout. We enter into a contract with them when we sign up believe me if we violate the contract we will be penalized but if they do nothing happens. But I have wrote them everyday for the last 3 days and only get AI RESPONSES. All I want is
To get a humans attention. If I dont get paid or my redemption processed soon I will do everything in my power to divert people from playing here and report them to anywhere and everywhere possible. This is ridiculous that I have no response accept an Ai response that says the same thing everytime. Hopefully a human will see this and please process my redemption its been pending since monday. Smh this has been the longest out of every site I have played at and I have played almost everywhere. If u want a speedy redemption this is not the place.
