The last page of the checkout process has a download link on it. We also sent you an email with the subject "Purchase order# confirmed" that has the download link in it. please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
In addition, if you have created an account (https://support.sheetmusicnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049165272-How-do-I-create-an-account) you can log in, click on "My account" (or the torso if you're on a device with a small screen) and a full list of your orders can be seen. You can download from this list. You can also transpose from this list if the piece is transposable.

Music was too small
It was a very easy process, but I was disappointed that the music was in such small print. Hard for my student to read.

We laid out the music exactly as it was originally printed by Alfred. The issue is you print on 8.5x11/A4 paper and the original music was possibly printed on a somewhat larger (custom) paper size. We extend the music out as close to the margins as we can in order to make the notes as large as possible.
With Adobe Acrobat Reader there are a few things you can do to maximize the size of the notes. Use the "Page sizing & Handling" part of the print dialog. You can start with selecting Actual Size instead of Fit. On some printers this will cause some of the music to flow off the page because they don't print closely enough tot he margins. But on others you may even be able to expand the music a little further by selecting Custom Scale and increasing the percentage to a few percent above 100 (maybe try 105% if the music didn't flow off the page at 100%).
One final possibility (although this will make the music pretty large) is to go to a custom printer (like FedEx Office) and print onto A3 paper. In this case you'll definitely want to print using "Fit" so that it will print to fill the full page.

I have found all the partitions I wanted and needed, no matter the publication year nor country(Europe or America). Great variety of publications options and safe shipping-delivery.

Plain and simple purchase

I would have preferred for your company…
I would have preferred for your company to mail the sheet music. What if I didn’t have a printer? You need to let customers know that you don’t mail anything before they pay for it, not after.

We do absolutely everything we can to let you know this. The name of the company is Sheet Music Now. We have the words "Easy-to-use Digital Sheet Music" under the name on every page on the site. You have to click through an agreement that says, "All sheet music is for download and local print only" and when you buy it it says, "This product is not mailed".
Believe me, we'd rather not make you angry. We prefer happy customers who give us good reviews. AND, if you don't want the music we'll refund it as long as you delete all the copies of it that you have. Send an email to help@sheetmusicnow.com
Finally, if you didn't have a printer we send you a PDF, so if you have a friend that has a printer or a FedEx Office or similar print shop near you or a library near you you can easily print it.
BTW, one of the pieces you purchased can't even be found in hard copy any more (except for the occasional used copy on eBay or Amazon) as it is long out of print.
