I had a truly fantastic experience with Sheffords. From my initial enquiry as to which level of survey would be suitable for the property I was buying, to receiving a highly detailed report which Jeremy very kindly talked me through when I had further questions. They are a brilliant team who go above and beyond for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable firm to assist in a property transaction. I will certainly be using them again.

Very helpful. Knowledgeable about area. Quick to reply to queries before & after the survey. We didn't use method of using cheapest quote on search engines as we feel it is important to use local surveyors. Would highly recommend Sheffords.

Received an excellent service from Sheffords. The survey (level 3) was conducted quite soon after I had booked and was very thorough with pictures making clear what the issues were with the property that I should be aware of. Would definitely recommend.

All aspects were OK except extent of survey was excessive for what I required for a 1 bed ground floor leasehold flat. I suspect this was to try to justify a high cost.

Various issue were identified and having been provided pictures during the survey proved very helpful when consulting builders and renegotiating the purchase price.

I cannot recommend Sheffords highly enough. The quality of the Level 3 Survey we received was unparalleled and identified major concerns that ultimately a structural engineer concerned - in all saving us from a very costly purchase that we otherwise would have proceeded with blindly.
