The Impact of Tier One Training on My Life

Since starting the Tier One training program, I’ve experienced a major shift in how I think and approach my goals. It has helped me become much more of a critical thinker—no longer just going through the motions, but truly analyzing my choices, habits, and mindset. This transformation has made me more intentional with how I live each day.

One of the biggest sources of inspiration throughout this journey has been Shelby. Every time I come across her posts on Instagram, I’m reminded of what’s possible through hard work, consistency, and belief in yourself. I didn’t join She Sells because I wanted to be in sales. I joined because I found Shelby deeply influential, and I wanted to learn how she thinks.
Ironically, or maybe inevitably, by studying her, I became a sales girlie.
This program isn’t just a course. It’s a top-tier gym for your mindset and skillset. You’ll get the tools, the drills, and the strategy but you still have to lift the weights.
Shelby can’t do the reps for you. She can’t guarantee your timeline.

I joined SheSells back in December. At that time, I had accepted an in-person sales job and closed my first ever lead (which completely paid for the SheSells program). I've been in She Sells Academy for almost 3 weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I joined feeling super motivated but also nervous. I had no prior sales experience. But from day one, the structure, support, and training have truly been everything.

Shelby’s academy was amazing. I’ve done other online courses before and they are not nearly as organized and structured as SheSells. Such a great bang for your buck and you honestly can’t find a community like this anywhere. She convinced me to join during a MasterClass and I never make quick decisions like that but just had such a good gut feeling and sent it. The skills I learned from Shelby and the coach’s experience are applicable to all types of sales and life. Don’t do it if you don’t wanna change your life for the better!

Shelby and her team have been the greatest support during my time with SheSells! Before even graduating, I have already been offered a setter position with a health coach that I was referred to by another SheSells girl!!! The community and what you get out of it is priceless.

Shelby provides us with the most up to date training software and also blends modules with live training as well. There’s definitely a personal element to it on the live calls. You don’t feel like just a number.

The community truly is so supportive and all the women are there to support each other and help in ways they can (connecting, training, etc).
