Secure Mom Academy has been a complete game-changer for our family.

As a mom, navigating the daily stress of parenting can feel overwhelming, and before starting this program, I found myself struggling with constant anxiety, that I just couldn't seem to control.

This program felt better than traditional therapy for me. It gave me real, practical tools to truly start understanding the child behind the behavior rather than just reacting to it. It helped me step back, address the root cause and learn how to respond with patience and calm.

I started getting ads that felt targeted just for me….after saving and resaving a couple of times I chose to go through with the introductory call with Shelby. Immediately, she felt like family. The type of person that gives off no judgement and just wants to genuinely be a help. I could be honest because she was honest! The model sounded like it was exactly what I needed so I signed up!!

I have three kids, my oldest is 9 and my youngest is 4. I have always wanted to be a mom but motherhood has proved to be harder than I thought. I was constantly triggered by things in my past. I was unkind to my children. I raged at them all the time! The shame I felt was too much to bear most days! I felt like I was drowning and my typical therapy was not working!

I started Shelby’s Mom academy and didn’t see a huge difference at first. On only week 3, a friend pulled me aside and asked what had changed in me. She said I was calmer and kinder to my children and just seemed to be enjoying them more! I knew it was Shelby’s tools, guidance and group therapy that was making a difference! That put a fire under my butt and I pushed even harder in to the program! Each week I felt more like myself as a mom, I know how to check in on my body and my mind, I can take a step back and breathe before reacting and I am teaching my kids how to emote properly! Am I a completely changed mom? No way I still have bad days or bad moments BUT now I know how to repair with my kids, now the shame cycle doesn’t take over, now I can see myself for who I am!

Shelby is kind, she is funny and she is wise! The courses are easy to follow but go deep and help you discover what is triggering you! The group mom sessions are so life giving because you can see that you are not alone and can learn side by side with other moms!

I would recommend this program to any mom that is struggling! It is worth the money and time!! Do it for yourself, do it for your marriage and do it for your kids!!

Working with Shelby was the best decision I have made as a mom! Through her coaching I was able to learn how to regulate myself and in turn help regulate my kids, to respond calmly and not react out of anger, and to find true connection as a family! My home went from chaotic, out of control and full of tension to calm, peaceful and a safe space for everyone in it!
