Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They had my money in January. Took over 7 weeks to arrive and then it was delivered by Hermes (now Evri) who dumped it in my open carport along with another parcel which wasn’t even for my address. It was stolen as it was left open to theft. Shelee promised me a refund time and time again after I had to get a report from Hermes. They offered a replacement as if I’d want to go through it all again! The refund still hasn’t come. Now they have simply stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. Lying scamming crooks.

Total scam

Total scam . Ordered an item in January. Still no sign of it. Useless tracking information which simply says in transit. Still advertising on Facebook. Buyers beware! Items don't arrive!

Scam company which is actually called "Shelia"

This is a scam company based in China. Ordered item in mid-January and it's never arrived. I had to chase the company to get the item "shipped" and the tracking information. The tracking information has not changed since the 18th of January. The reviews for the item I purchased have been taken (including photos) from Etsy. When you go to track your item, the large central button actually makes you select that you have received the item. The choice to go to tracking the item is in small print. It is as though they are trying to trick you into saying you have received your item so you can't get a refund. Every time I contacted the company they just said the same thing- items are with the logistic company and are delayed due to covid. This was never expanded on. We have been living with covid for two years now so I don't see how that explains an item being delayed by months.

I got my money back through PayPal. The company never responsed to the PayPal dispute.

Don't fit the bill

This online shop advertise items that don't belong to their shop photos of genuine article and descriptions are tempting but send poor quality copies. For instance they described sales of genuine leather shoes with woollen fur lining and I received cheap man-made plastic foot wear with tacky lining. I don't know about other items but while they are polite and communicating the goods are really not worth the money you pay for. For me it is a scam company. As is it false advertising.
