At one of shell stations in Reading RG2, an Asian man didn't give my disable son correct amount of change when he paid for his shopping by cash. It was exactly 10 pounds short. The man didn't give him a receipt neither.
I was the shell station's regular customer but he'd never seen my son until today. When I went into the till to complain about the change, he looked startled and gave back the money.
I don't like people who look down disabled people and take advantage of them.
I will never go back to Shell.

Very rude and lazy old man makes everyone wait to he as stopped talking before allowing the pump to start when I asked him why he isn’t putting pumps on he told me to mind my own business don’t worry you’re self he had known idea what pump I was speaking about as he kept ignoring the ring noise when the pump is pulled out

Shell as a company i use for two things, the premium fuel and the engine oil.

Obtaining fuel is always easy as one is pretty near to me and I use the app to pay on the phone, so this just makes so much easier, no queue or waiting.

I have recently changed to shell engine oil as they are one of few known brands that match my vehicles spec. I had to contact Shell Technical to obtain information on it and Justin was immensely helpful, answering my questions to ensure the oils meets to specifications I need. I have no problems with the company. Only gave it at 4 as I havent used them for more hard hitting things like Gas & Electric , which i would expect would be more to speak on.

Traveling along bypass and my tyre was very low in pressure causing steering pull. Went to Shell petrol station near WREXHAM football ground. Went to get chang for air compressor to be told minimum price £1. Would not be ripped off at that price. Morrison petrol etc that use the same firm supplying the equipment charge 50 pence, half the price. They still make a profit, and charge less for fuel.
Considering Shell are meant to promote SAFETY, they rip customers off double the price of competitors for basic air supply that used to be free. Absolute disgrace when they can set the charges.

Avoid like hell the internet keeps going down they offer to get an engineer out and then they tell you that you have to pay for it I have had them for 3-months and in all that time I'm my internet has been working for 3-weeks avoid like hell

Hi. If you need petrol or diesel for your car , try to avoid Shell on Stockport Road Levenshulme. They charged me twice for one transaction and they said that they only took my money on e even if on my bank statement was twice. Maybe they are cloning the cards , by the way I cancel my card and ordered a new one in that day.
I tried to speak with the manager of the site but is never there and the stuff are very rude.Don’t recommend that gas station.

Went to shell in heswall on the roundabout needing a mask, they didn’t have any in store however supplied one from behind the counter. Really appreciated the 2 in there were really sound 10/10

I visited the Shell fuel station at Domlur Intermediate Ring Road opposite to EGL tech park yesterday and filled the petrol, post which I had requested the staffs for filing air to the tyres, the staffs denied to check the air stating the don't do air check because the weather is rainy, while there was no rain during the time of my visit, upon further request the staff directed me to one person who was at the Shell super market at the same bunk stating he is the manager, further got to know he is the cashier at the stall and the actual manager had gone on leave. The person put his big time attitude and also denied to fill the air stating weather reasons in a rude tone. I was left with surprise what has the weather got to do with filling air. I regularly fuel my vehicle at Shell stations never I had such poor customer experience especially at Shell. I request the concerned team to train the staffs at this fuel station on how to speak with customers, their attitude and customer service which is a key factor and have proper back up manager when regular manager goes on leave. I would not visit or recommend any of my friends to visit this fuel station.

I visit the Broadway Oldham service station every time I fill my vehicle.
The lady that works behind the counter is very rude she us on Facebook while serving me. She does not wear her face mask properly. Shell need to get there customer service right

That company is a joke. I spent a lot of time on petrol station because reward voucher was not working. Why do you giving vouchers if they not working ? My last visit on shell petrol station.

My visit to Shell Ranelagh station, London Rd, Ipswich, England. Very dissapointed. Arrived with clean lovely smelling car and after fuelling up have left with teribly stinking of diesel car. As it was very bad spillage of diesel all over fuel pump, have stepped in to it, my feet was slipping of brake pedal, couldn't drive safely back home. My car stinks of diesel for two days in the row now, smell is terrible and doesn't looks like it settles down. My shoes stinks as well even after washing them! My car needs a chemical valeting after visiting Shell Ranelagh fuel station. And it's not the first time I've stepped in to diesel spillage at this particular station, but never was that bad as yesterday. Never have been looked after. Don't want even imagine what would happen if motorcycle would drive in to this spillage, leave alone my stinking car. Very dangerous. Very dissapointed.

I am a regular customer to shell petrol station in Berkshire, i have always had a great experience at Burnam Shell Station in terms of the customer service aspect. Even though this is not the closest to my home i felt due to the respectful nature of the staff, this keeps me coming back.
On one occasion, Thursday 8th October @19.30 i called the Langley, Slough Shell Station on London Road to ask what the V- Power diesel price is. I Spoke to Javed, who answered the phone and was extremely rude and insensitive in his manner. He firstly didn’t greet me in a normal way when you pick up the phone. Eg “hello, shell station Langley etc”name’. It was just a miserable “Hello”
I then kindly asked if he can please tell me what the V- Power Diesel price is? He then Sounded infuriated and said No i cant tell you, you have to come here and find out yourself and as soon as i was about to reply he put the phone down! I was extremely troubled and upset about how he behaved over the phone. He could have easily given me the same message without being rude and disrespectful “ eg, i do apologise Madam we can not disclose this information over the phone, you will need to visit the station to get this information, was there anything else’?
This guy needs some Help! Emotional or just get rid of him because i will be honest if he was working for me, I would not risk loosing money for such a rude person.

What made me even more furious with this experience was that i called another shell station and they disclosed the information i was looking for , so for me this was a personal attack from Javed. I need someone to explain why this happened to me?

Bexleyheath Long Lane Shell station 1 Oct 2020 ~11AM.

The air doesnt work. Put a pound in it, switched on, but wouldnt inflate a tyre. Error code 'E 1' came up. Went to see the shop assistant who completly ignored me, wouldnt come out to check the machine, or give my pound back, or call somebody for help. He said I should call them if I wanted to sort out something, and that nobody complained before abour the pump. Useless to say the least.

I visited shell stockport yesterday.... to fill fuel I am happy to see shell site like that really clean forecourt and good customer service ... I saw cashier alone but he was helping one disable customer ...that really nice to see g8.....

Why are Shell garage toilets the worst of all petrol stations? Way below other standards even in this time of Covid. Revolting. Don’t use Shell petrol anymore for that reason. Thanks

I've been having broadband issues for the past two months, numerous phone calls and emails yet the standard response is too many devices, which I've proven to not be the issue by providing tests over Ethernet with only one device connected. Anyway the majority of devices are smart bulbs, smart plugs and a thermostat, leaving only a laptop and TV.

The pings spike up to 8000ms and nothing will load not even the Google homepage. Also the guaranteed speed range is 8-14Mbps yet I regularly get as low as 0.5Mbps, again they don't see that to be an issue. Their advisors don't know what pings are so their answer is that I need fibre when in reality they just need to fix my broadband.

To summarise, if it works you'll be lucky not to experience their shoddy customer service. However, if you do have issues get ready to collate proof otherwise they won't believe you! Then by some miracle escalate the complaint which is very difficult as they won't usually let you past the customer service advisor! Overall pretty rubbish for a well established name but clearly they haven't got their customer service right!!!

It is an organised robbery: my smart meters have been installed on the 2nd July, I am sure. There is a fake date on the gas meter mentionning it was installed on the 14th May and there are fake record on the home display for May and June, a gas usage of £100 for June, my usual energy usage for June (electricity and gas) is £20.
Refuse the smart meters.

i always fuel up at my local shell in saltaire for the past 2 years - all the staff are very nice and friendly however a particular one guy is always smiling and happy and is always lively!! a true credit to your profession moneeb. Keep up the hard work u do And carry on providing the excellent customer service you do!
