**A deeply disappointing and…

**A deeply disappointing and inaccessible experience**

Sadly, I never even got to read the book I purchased.

As someone who is registered blind, I rely on electronic books to access reading materials. What should have been a simple process of purchasing and downloading a book has turned into hours of frustration trying to navigate Adobe DRM, passwords and authorisation procedures.

I have contacted customer support by email on several occasions, hoping for some practical help, but sadly, I have received no meaningful assistance.

It is disgraceful that a paying customer can purchase a book and then be left unable to read it, with no effective support from the company responsible for selling it. For someone with a visual impairment, accessibility is not a luxury; it is essential.

I have now had enough. I intend to contact my bank to request a chargeback for a purchase I have been unable to access.

I will never buy another book from this company. I would rather go without the book entirely than waste any more hours battling with Adobe DRM and a system that has made reading such an unnecessarily difficult experience.

The book itself may be excellent, but I cannot comment on its contents because I never managed to read it. What I can comment on is the appalling purchasing experience and the lack of customer support.

**I would strongly advise other visually impaired readers to think carefully before purchasing from this company.**
