Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry to see you could only give us 2 stars based on your experience.
All customer requests are passed to our drivers, which we endeavour to meet, however due to the driver's scheduling and traffic it is not always possible to fulfil these requests. We understand the delivery was made earlier then your requested time and are sorry you feel this was disappointing. We hope this will not deter you using us in the future.
