Ordered a number of cheese hampers as Xmas gifts. Specified delivery date of 19/12 to be distributed by myself at a family gathering on 20/12.
The items were not delivered and I am unable to obtain a response from Sheridans despite contacting them by telephone, e-mail and via their website.
They get 1 star as zero stars isn't an option. I've been a regular Xmas customer for a few years now, but never again.
After a small issue with a spillage in a delivered hamper Amy, and Chelsea followed up with a new hamper delivery, with an extremely quick turnaround. Emails, and calls were answered straight away, produce when arrived was excellent and all around 100% aftercare service. Well Done will definitely be ordering again for both personal and corporate use. Linda Fitzpatrick
I've ordered from Sheridans a few time in the past few years with good results. The website is easy to use, with a range of gift options at varying prices. You can create your own hamper too.
Communication is excellent and best of all (besides the wonderful cheese!), they deliver when they say they will.
