Left high and dry 5 working days before Christmas
Five days ago I ordered three Murad gift sets for Christmas gifts (10 working days before Christmas at the time of purchase).
I was advised that my products would be delivered in two or three days so on the 5th day I decided to call Sheriya for a delivery update and thank goodness I did. I was told on the call that a manager would call me regarding the delivery date, however no call was received. Instead I got an email stating that due to a stock system error my gift sets were not in stock and "sorry for any inconvenience" but here's a refund.
Now there's only five working days left before Christmas and I'm left high and dry with no gifts and no time left to order new ones as I wouldn't be comfortable risking that they'd be delivered in time.
They did say they were putting newer versions of the gift set online which would be up soon but no offer to substitute.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Not even a phone call to tell me in person, instead left to chance that I might check my email.
I have responded to their email to outline my disappointment and still haven't received a response or a call so that's why I've decided to submit this review.

I bought antiage fuel for men. The products is from Klapp brand. This brand, i did not expect. It is so good. The quality is too good and the price is so affortable when compared to other brands. I really love it.
Purchased the product one month before. The delivery was fast and safe. Very happy so thought of giving a 5 star
