Bought 18kt ring and was sent 10kt ring

I bought a diamond ring from them and told them I wanted 18kt gold. Through the entire process we never discussed any other karat of gold at any point. Fast forward when the ring was shipped and it arrived. Upon examining the ring I noticed it was stamped 10kt inside the band. After bringing this issue to their attention, I was told that their manufacturer made an error. They offered a resolution refund of the price difference in gold $40-$60 or else, I would be charged a-lot of money to get it remade and fixed the way it originally should have been done. You cant make this up!! Do Not Use these scammers!! They ended up blocking all contacts and worst of all have no shame and even kept the "refund of gold difference". Imagine paying for a steak and you get a TOFU patty and they offered $2 off. Thats what happened to me, so everyone stay away from these people and save the headache. I hope no one gets scammed ever.
