Untrustworthy and unprofessional
This property agency is unscrupulous, unprofessional and misleading in order to get you to sign leases for the properties that they manage.
I moved into a property that they managed in St John’s wood that was not cleaned properly, in disrepair and had the landlords residual effects (including toilet brushes!) upon moving in. The next 4 months was the most disappointing in my history of renting in London. I would never trust this agency.
Save yourself time and money (now in a legal dispute) and avoid this agency.
UPDATE to the Reply: As you can see from the response, the property managers also fail to comply to the legal process of a dispute and how the arbitration process works. Their lack of compliance to the law is astounding!
