My son ordered a ring which he paid £49 for, She’s Iced sent him a ring which was valued at £27 on their site. Multiple emails have been sent in an attempt to retrieve the money paid for an order he did not receive and all attempts have been futile. They are ignoring emails, messages and comments on social media. Absolutely disgusting!! Do NOT give this company your hard earned cash!!

I ordered something worth £49 and recieved an item which was in the sale for £22. I then emailed the company to try and resolve the issue and heard absolutely nothing back. Would not recommend!

if i could rate this nothing i would. The order took over a month to come and when it arrived it wasn’t even the right jewellery and it was fake. I gave it the benefit of the doubt but it had just ended up staining my skin green. DO NOT BUY!!!!
