Oh no - we're so sorry to hear this. We have seen the carriers struggle quite a bit this season. I see the last tracking update was on the 19th - we'll sign ourselves (and you) up for tracking updates to come directly from the carrier as they are the most accurate, this way we can keep a closer eye on the progress and step in if that becomes necessary.
