I have always loved Shida’s products and recently commissioned them to produce a bespoke bouquet to match a specific vase I have. They did a brilliant job. The bouquet is perfect. Thank you!
Very excited to order the large Matcha for a housewarming present. But having seen them today, such a disappointment, underwhelming and absolutely not worth the £74 paid for them.
Ordered Matcha large with extra coloured flowers. It was no where near what the picture had been shown. I tried calling but no response. I then messaged via Instagram, I had a response we are closed and no one is available to talk or discuss. I made my thoughts clear and all of a sudden she responded and said can return and refund. When I asked who it was I was speaking to she advised the owner. So from being told no one available to then telling me she was owner was crazy. I expected her to offer more flowers to add as per pictures but instead gave attitude. Please be aware you will not get the same as the pictures advertised. I would give no stars if I had the choice. Looks like I am not the only person experiencing the problem
Bouquet arrived and was so much smaller than the photos. I sent photos to the company who told me it wasn’t too small(?!) even though if you count the stems in the pictures online, there are many more than I was sent! Customer service is rude, flowers are small and don’t look like the images online.
Not good and nowhere near worth the money!
I ordered the Matcha Large bouquet and paid extra to have it hand tied so a total of £79.00.
The bouquet is so small and looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website.
On top of that the box was damaged in transit and therefore some of the foliage was damaged. They asked for pictures which I sent and basically offered to send out a few sprigs to replace the broken ones.
They made no comment at all about how small the bouquet was in comparison to the pictures on the website and didn’t take into account that I’d paid for the bouquet to be hand tied, just wanted me to replace them.
I then said I want to return them, so they sent me the address, I then had to go back and ask for a returns label, which they did send me but think they only send a returns label if its requested meaning unhappy customers who don’t ask end up paying to return an unsatisfactory product.
They need to be more honest about the size of the bouquets and improve their customer service!
Honestly wish I could upload a picture of this £79 bouquet it’s so bad!
These bouquets last forever and a day, which is good if your life is a mess, but you want to look like you have your sh** together.
They're beautiful too, just really bloody gorgeous.
I am a genuine customer. My first order was for the Matcha large, ready tied. They were so stunning I ordered The conversation which arrived today. Equally stunning. They are just as shown in the pictures. I plan Shida flowers to be mt go to gift to friends this year. Fabulous and my friends have all commented on them.
Ordered the medium matcha. Pretty bouquet but not worth the money. When my flowers came, they did not look like the picture. Some of the flowers weren’t included. I emailed them, they requested a picture. They explained some flowers were seasonal. This should be stated on their website. They said the arrangement looked nice but I could return if I wanted to. Not good customer services in my experience. Would not order again.
Just received my flowers and they are stunning! Look exactly like the picture. Highly recommend
I couldn’t be happier with my new custom bouquet. Absolutely gorgeous. I went for the hand tied option and it’s so worth it. Absolutely gorgeous. So reasonably priced too considering they will last up to a year! Thank you! Xxx
I've just ordered my third bunch of preserved flowers. The two I have had so far have been beautifully packaged and smell great. They have both been exactly as pictured on the website once arranged and I've been really happy with them.
They are a rip off, I ordered two bouquets for £69 each and they were very small and not worth the money.
I’ve had dried foliage/ flowers from other companies and got so much more for my money. Won’t buy again and they don’t offer refunds :/
Do not believe the reviews on the website, they only show the 5 star reviews. The flowers do not look as good as the reviews say and do not come beautifully packaged. They are ok but do not look real and are certainly not worth the money. If I was you I would shop around and not trust the reviews on the website as they failed to post mine!
Who knew two bunches of preserved flowers would move me to tears! I bought these on a whim to decorate my new home figuring given they will last at least a year they might be a beautiful and cost-effective alternative to the hassle and wastage involved in buying fresh flowers. I just love them so much! I can’t stop looking at them. Stunning, unique and modern - a perfect alternative to fresh. What a brilliant idea.
The first bouquet of preserved foliage was lovely so I ordered a second bouquet of the same collection. That one arrived with some of the stems looking wilted and some looking very over dried rather than preserved. I emailed the company with photos of some of the stems I was disappointed with and asked if they thought they were of a good enough quality for the bouquet. They responded by saying they were happy with the quality, I was surprised by this but they did offer to send out some more stems. Unfortunately I feel reluctant to use the company now incase I am disappointed by the quality of stems again.
They do arrive very nicely wrapped and packaged in a box which is good if sending as a gift.
