Order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks

Order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, and despite back and forth from support they won't offer a refund because "the order has already been shipped". When they first stated that no-one could provide evidence of this, but eventually (2 weeks later) I received a tracking update from Parcelforce. Despite that, the tracking has never updated past "we have it" and no-one will take responsibility for it. Avoid at all costs. Clearly a scam site
