⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service – Customer for Life!

I ordered two shirts for my husband for Christmas on 12/1/25 from Shield Republic. On 12/10, I received a notification that the package had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found at my residence. After checking with neighbors (and learning that several in our neighborhood have had similar USPS issues), I reached out to Shield Republic to let them know the package had been marked delivered but not received.

Their customer service was prompt, kind, and thorough. They confirmed my shipping address was correct and advised me to check with neighbors and file a missing package claim with my local post office if it didn’t turn up within a few days. I followed their guidance and opened a USPS investigation.

On Monday, December 15, Shield Republic proactively reached out to let me know they were shipping a replacement package at no cost to me since the waiting period had passed. I was incredibly grateful—and honestly never expected that level of service.

Later that same day, a neighbor contacted me to let me know they had received our package by mistake. To my surprise, it was the original order from Shield Republic! I immediately contacted Shield Republic to let them know and asked them to stop the replacement shipment if possible. They responded with appreciation for the update and were happy the original package had finally been found. Unfortunately, the replacement had already shipped—but they told me to keep the extra shirts and share them with friends.

This is what true customer service looks like. Shield Republic went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s Christmas gift from our son would be under the tree, and now I also get the chance to pay it forward thanks to their generosity. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and integrity.

Shield Republic has absolutely earned a customer for life. Thank you for everything!

I put in an order over the weekend

I put in an order over the weekend. I needed to make a change so I called Monday morning and they informed me the order has already been printed so they can’t make changes. Ok this is rediculous. You’re closed on the weekend so you don’t give your customers time to make changes. I love their product but customer service is bottom of the barrel.

Good quality and comfortable Ts

Ordered a few times from Shield Republic’s site, orders are always shipped and delivered at a good speed. When theres an issue like wrong size, ect., customer service has been quick to respond and resolves issues appropriately. Products I’ve ordered are of good quality and comfortable and just about comparable to other brands in price.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. This is a dishonest company. They have the expedited shipping option. What they leave out is the clothing is manufactured after you order, so however long it takes them to manufacture the clothes. Then they will supposedly expedite the shipping which by the way is 2-5 instead of 3-5. Ridiculous Predatory company. What I get for using Facebook. FYI ordered 5 days ago still hasn’t even shipped and no idea when it will. Talk to customer service in the phone and email not helpful at all In fact phone person was just rude

Awesome designs - China mentality company

Have ordered (3) times and the quality of the shirts are decent. Unfortunately their customer service teams are far from decent. 2nd shipment I ordered the surprise tee and got a shirt that says "great dad. Like my name is Caitlin lol. They didn't see that on the package? Poor marketing, lazy selection / packaging. I emailed and they basically said couldn't do anything about it. 3rd order I received (1) of my (2) items. The item I received had black ink on the shirt from the bag. I called to report my 2nd item being missing. They said they would ship out another and I asked when it will go out. She said she didn't know and she couldn't wear herself thin from all of the emails she had. Yeah yeah. I am giving 3 stars because if I wanted crappy customer service and sub par quality items I would just order from Amazon / China. I guess my hopes for respect and good values from an American conservative company was simply wishful thinking.

Made Christmas gifting easy, fast, and reliable!

Ordered some gifts on 12/5/24 and received a confirmation shortly after. Tracking information was sent the next day and the order arrived quickly and I got more than what I thought I was getting! Very surprised and happy with how the entire order went! Thank you!
