I ordered April 15, received my mask on May 26. I ordered through paypal and complained about the delay , after complaining to paypal I got a response from sheildstars. I do understand that covid19 was the problem also these mask were intended for cycling, sheildstars may have had enough inventory for the small cyclists market but couldn't handle everyone buying mask now that mask are required for grocery shopping. They should of emailed all customers and not charged anyone until orders have been shipped. I am pleased with the mask I would like to order another one but I see that paying through paypal is no longer an option.

Total Chinese Scam - No contact no order delivered, order status page is invalid.

They will not refund money. Even though I paid through paypal.

Yes I ordered in April no mask. Emailed the company and they responded stating they had to change my order because my selection was available. Scam they respond here and there with excuses just to keep you on a hook then reel you in for another order. PLEASE STAY AWAY lost $70 dollars the only good thing was I used a prepaid card so no credit card info for them .

Phucking true pieces of shytz..... Still awaiting an order since March..... MARCH.... Phluk these phonies.. I would like to find them and kick their asses for lying to all of us on these orders

Ordered on April 25th and still nothing has arrived. Emailed three times before they responded back.

My order to mast April 25 and they still have not arrived.I took them forever to get back with me they said when they get shipped they will let me know still have not heard anything very disappointed $44

I also ordered 2 face shields from Shieldstar on April 23rd ans have not recieved my order. It took them no time to get the money out of my account.
I am beginning to think i have been taken on this one. When i get a response from them they are calling me Honey or Dear please be patient. I am starting to believe that I will never see what I ordered.

I ordered on April 26th. Charge was posted April 27th. As of May 23rd the order has not b been. shipped. I'll wait the month and a half as one review said but it is impossible to communicate with this company. I would recommend NOT ORDERING FROM SHIELDSTAR.

I am battling with them now with emais order 2 masks from them and are the wrong ones and have sent proof to them of this matter and got told there was nothing with them! They are trying to offer me a 5 refund as compensation and they say fast shipping more like snail mail it took the just bout 2 months for me to get the wrong masks!! I don't think this is a real company and I think they are nothing more then Thieves preying on people during a world wide pandemic!! I called them out on being scammers and stealing peoples money when all I did was ask for a phone number to speak with a supervisor and all I keep getting are emails. And I know it won't get far but I'm just gonna report them to the Better Business Burea and tell them you got a so called "company" stealing money and not refunding or replacing the wrong orders that have been shipped. Do not I repeat DO NOT ORDER anything from this site, they are thieves, they do not give what you order nor can you even get a hold of a single person for there is no phone number to call. I've asked them to many times for a number and supervisor to speak with and all they say is how bout we give you a 5 dollar refund for compensation and you keep the items!! The shipping costs more than that!! If anybody out there does order we the people who have order from there have given yall fair warning this site will steal your money and give you the run round when it comes to a getting your money back!! And FYI even if you get the wrong the wrong order and e mail proof to them they will tell you oh well don't see anything wrong with the order and then you have just entered a never ending game of back and forth with these people or person or whoever is running it!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! ITS A SCAM AND A PHONY BUSINESS!!

I have also been a subject to the Shieldstars scam. I placed 2 orders in April and still have not received my products. I have sent several emails to them with no luck on receiving products or refunds. I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. I have resulted in contacting my bank to try and get my refunds. I have filed a complaint and would suggest for anyone that has ordered anything from this company to file a complaint as well with the Better Business Bureau. This is a good start to try and end these companies from taking advantage of good people during a crisis in our country.

Ordered a few masks on 4/19/20. It’s now 5/20/20. With several complaints via email I finally got a tracking number. It says it’s in Chino, CA.

But checking the dates shipped, it says a week ago 5/13/20. Yet I’m just now seeing tracking numbers?? This tracking number hasn’t been updated in a week. Total scam.

Slick website but that's it. I needed two masks quickly, placed my order for forty bucks, recd confirm # but no product. I sent several email's asking status but no record of my purchase, company (who ever they are) ignored me. I disputed the charge successfully with my card. Lesson learned.

Ordered masks 2 months ago. Never received them. Checked order status says no order placed. Stole 70 dollars and has my card info. SCAM DURING PANDEMIC. Going to notify NYS. AG

I also ordered masks online April 22, and tried to email them and my email failed to send, I got no masks but they got my money

First, not sure how their cumulative rating is 2stars when everyone gives them 1 and would probably want to give them zero. Echoing what others are saying...this is obviously a scam base on what I’m experiencing. Not received product. The only communication has been obvious auto response and written in language that leads me to believe it’s been written by someone in a foreign country, even though they signed a very American name. No response to my last communication. UPDATE - items finally came, HOWEVER, I had asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They wouldn’t respond and sent items I no longer need!

I ordered face masks on April 19, 2020. I have not received any updates or replies to request information. This is not a US company. I have been scammed my a Chinese fake company. This is deplorable behavior from the same country that caused this purchase. I have never purchased a mask, as there was no need for one until coronavirus.

Ordered the mask on 8 April. Sent them an email on 18 April to check my status of my order and felt they were a scam. 20 April I received a tracking number, which gives me no status of my order.
