Scents delight
I absolutely love Shifa Aroma not only as wholesome brand, but for their incredible products.
The scents last long, they look beautiful and the service is fantastic.
I recently ordered a refill for a Reed collection, and they were able to create one for me.
That’s a dedicated customer service right there!
Highly recommend them.

I CONTACTED THE COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM OPENING THE PLUNGER DEVICE WHICH I STRUGGLED WITH FOR QUITE A LONG TIME WITHOUT SUCCESS - I RECEIVED A PROMPT REPLY BY TELEPHONE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE SENT ME A REPLACEMENT BOTTLE & MORE - SO VERY GRATEFUL. AM LOVING THE HAND & BODY WASH - GORGEOUS SCENT AND WONDERFUL "CLEAN" FEELING AFTER USE - I WILL DEFINITELY BE REORDERING FOR MYSELF AGAIN & FOR GIFTS TOO. WILL BE RECOMMENDING AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. Excellent service!
I found Shifa Aromas to be very responsive when my order didn't reach me, apparently through no fault of theirs. They got in touch immediately, resent my order 1st class the following day, and even gave me a refund! I couldn't hope for a better service. Thank you, Shifa!

Fabulous free gift! Lovely surprise!
Really pleased with products which I have bought for presents, and I loved the free gift of a wax melt and burner! Very Christmassy and the angels on the burner are beautiful. It was a great surprise and the melt smells fabulous too!
