Well I can’t say good or bad or in between as the product I ordered is not even with me yet as it’s coming tomorrow. Amazon is tanking there sweet time because it was supposed to get to me by now and sadly it’s not I called Amazon and told them how I was feeling I feel that there was no help ! So I asked the company for help and they where more help then I could ask for better then Amazon I can tell you that and I’m so grateful for there help don’t worry feel free to contact them with anything you need help with .

I had a very disappointing experience with Shift Cam. They charged me for my order immediately, but after more than three weeks, I still never received the item. At the time of purchase, they promised express shipping with a delivery time of 2–5 days, which clearly did not happen.
When I contacted them about the delay, they replied that they were “waiting for the item at the warehouse.” After waiting even longer, I requested to cancel my order and get a refund—but I received no response at all.
This behavior feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They took my hard-earned money and failed to deliver the product or provide proper customer service. Because of this, I had no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

I’m very satisfied with the ShiftCam products I’ve purchased.
I received the full kit, including all seven lenses, the complete filter set, and the full mounting system for my iPhone, along with the grip and protective case. The build quality is solid, and the system works extremely well in real-world conditions.
I use this setup regularly for location scouting and pre-shoot tests on professional film projects. The image quality I get from the iPhone combined with ShiftCam lenses is impressive and perfectly usable for technical scouting and visual references.
I also use the ShiftCam external SSD, which integrates very well into my workflow. Having fast, reliable external storage makes the setup even more practical on set and during prep.
The next step for me is using this kit in the Sahara Desert. In the past, I would always bring larger cinema cameras just for scouting, but now I can travel lighter while still getting reliable visual material using the ShiftCam system, my iPhone, and the external SSD.
Overall, these are products I genuinely enjoy using. They are well designed, practical, and clearly built with serious users in mind.

I bought Shiftcam case, telephot, wide angle lenses. They threw in some freebies too as it was black friday sale. But my order was undule delayed with no sign of tracking. Ofcourse the product did not arrive on time for my trip starting December 11, 2025.
BUT a big but!! The team made up for all the delays and loses. Ariana continuously kept track of my package. I was wanting to cancel but this relentless customer support definitely made me rethink and I finally got my order delivered. More importantly Ariana also helped me with the customs and duties process. Really appreciate the same.
The product packaging was impeccable. Though I would prefer to reduce the amount of paper used. The package was nothing short of unboxing an Apple product!
Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering an upgrade for their mobile camera and photoshoots.
Would also advise the team to better focus on supply chain so that we dont have to suffer undue delays.
All in all a great experience. Thank you Shiftcam team.

BEWARE OF SHIFTSCAM. I am having a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order on Dec 26 during their sale, and a month later, I still have zero tracking information and no proper response to my emails.
They were quick to take my money and even asked for additional personal payment proof, which I provided, but they have gone completely silent since then. Because of their lack of professionalism and failure to ship, I missed out on every other holiday sale. Thanks to Paypal who helped me with a full refund after I raised a dispute with them.
Also missed out on my important shoots that I had scheduled. If you are looking to buy, cross out this company from your consideration list.

Promises, promises. I cannot speak to the product quality, as I, too, have not yet received my order. I ordered products on December 03, 2025, as a Christmas gift, and here we are, January 21, 2026, with nothing to show for it. When their support informs you that they cannot fulfil your order, they will promise to send you something of equal or greater value, but not what you actually ordered. Don't fall for it! I still haven't received what I ordered, nor their promised items.

I purchased a ShiftCam 240mm Tele Lens and a ShiftCam iPhone case online from Australia in September last however there was a delay in delivery due to the popularity of these items. The service team constantly kept me updated as to the progress of the order and they also processed an update to the case when I upgraded my phone to a newer model shortly after I placed the original order. I have purchased a number of ShiftCam products to add to my iPhone photography gear and have found ShiftCam to be reliable and helpful at all times. I'm happy to recommend their products and their commitment to service.

Genuinely terrible experience with this company. I’ve no idea what the products are like as I’ve not received them. Complete lack of customer service or updates on when my items will be delivered. I’ve requested a refund, which I’m sure like other messages will be ignored, so I’ll have to go through Mastercard and seek a resolution. Avoid.

I ordered a ShiftCam on 11/17, well before Black Friday, based on what the site said it should have been in stock and shipped right away. After BFCM came and went with no shipment, I reached out. They said because of BFCM volume they were batching orders for shipment to ensure accuracy. Shouldn't affect me because I place my order much earlier. Then days and then weeks came and went and nothing. Finally on 12/20/25 with no product and no assurance I would receive it I canceled my order.

My order was taken and confirmed on Jan. 4. No reply from this company to 2 emails sent. No delivery date or notification of delivery on the way. No tracking details.
It looks like a scam. Buyer beware.
I did manage to contact ShiftCam in Hong Kong by sending a 3rd message via the reply function to their order confirmation. They say there was no record of my earlier emails in their system.
The desired colour of the item I ordered was out of stock. This is the reason why the delivery was held up. Ms Mara dealt with the issue in a very expedient and professional manner and I did make the purchase in a different colour and the goods are on the way.
So my initial impression of being scammed turned out not to be the case.

I am building a phone kit and first received the lenses ordered to try. The quality is excellent. The cases are also very useful. I then purchased a shutter mount and the first unit I got was DOA, but when I contacted the company they were very quick to assist and after sending communications with accompanying backup they very quickly got me a replacement. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the gri works fantastically and also doubles as a charger. Great products and will be adding to the kit.

I moved after i pre orderd an Item. It sadly still went to the old adress. After contacting there Support Team it got reshipped to my new adress with in days. They where very kind and helpfull. 10/10 Customer Service 👍
