Incompetent and inept
Even though they are a supposed removal company, they also do estate maintenance work but they literally have zero competence! Completely inept, lack accountability and fail to rectify their poor workmanship.
They will deny that they do not do such work and that they are purely a removals business but I have invoices to prove that they do engage in estate maintenance work. They should not engage in this work as they are terrible at it!
Do not hire them for any maintenance work. They do a terrible job and we have been waiting 6 months for them to return to rectify their awful quality of work. They neither followed directions for the work nor did they do a complete job. The work they did was shocking for which they overcharged and 6 months on despite reassurances, they are yet to fix their bodge job.
