The staff in Egypt bank is very bad they west my wife time they said her to bring marriage certificate for your HASBAND sending money from uk what a joke and they make her sit and wait for all day and they told her the name on their system is 2 names and she show them shift transfers receipts to show them is 3 names anyway they west the whole day at the end the give but if this continues nobody will use it you must tell the staff in Egypt this is our money our family to receive it and not make it hard to get it. This is a service not like free money from them. So unhappy what happened to my wife bad experience
