This is the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. The quality is not as described, they seem to think that nylon is cotton! It cost me more to return the clothing to China than I paid for them. Customer service offers 15% to 25% compensation, but I have never received it, and when I wrote to them months later asking when I would receive this compensation they said it had been processed and that if I had not got it "take it up with your bank" So sad to experience their deception and corruption, a disgrace to humanity. Nothing I ordered was as as advertised, be warned.....really ugly clothing, I would not ever have bought

They offered me 25 percent off if I kept the clothes. I had to accept this as return so pricey and complicated! 2 weeks later still waiting for refund.

Absolutely terrible, dress was not the same as advertised, measurements were all wrong and then they wrote a fake review on the dress saying it was amazing!! It was absolutely rubbish, no refund received and the dress went in the bin, absolutely useless crap! Avoid at all costs.

i placed an order on 19/09/2017 and the dress i wanted was perfect (prom) i saw the website and was very skepticial however went forward with the order. the website was angelgown a part of shilla - and when i saw the reviews i wanted to cry i was is anxious and disspointed and already started to talk to my credit card company before i had received the order. The emails were consistent and i checked up in my order every day,replies coming at 2am thought. Later i called them a fraud company,then emails went silent and after a while i got an email asking for their trust. the order was perfect colour of the dress included and the delivery was 10 days quicker. I’ll never order again due to other reviews though! my order came from france also

I purchased a prom dress from this fake company and wanted to return the dress. The refund policy is to refund the full amount or pay alterations costs. Firstly after months of emails I was refused a refund but asked to get the dress altered even though the dress was no longer needed. Even after alterations I was refused my costs and offered 4% of the dress costs. Managed to bring that up to 14% and after 6 months I cannot even get hold of them. A con company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am now stuck with a dress which will not be worn and out of pocket £150-£160. What a joke! These companies should be reported and struck off. One star is too much. I ordered my wedding dress but changed my mind. The website no longer has it's domain name. I didn't even get the dress. Let alone it be the wrong size or colour. My experience is the same as all those here. Bought a dress for my daughter and it was the wrong colour and quality bad. Asked for refund. Quoted their policy... They asked for picture of it, I sent them. They asked for picture of my daughter wearing it... now way (under 16). That is just despicable. 2 weeks of back and forth emails now. I ordered Four dresses off of this website big mistake! Before doing so I checked their terms and conditions which stated you get a full refund like any other website if the garments don't meet the customers requirements .
For the past three days I have been emailing them and I have now had to email them at 2am as it seems this company isn't based in the U.K. At all.
They keep refusing to give me a return address and keep asking me to send them pictures of the dresses. I have sent them pictures of the dresses and also screenshots form their website of what they are meant to look like, along with their terms and conditions .
Now they are requesting I send pictures of myself in the dresses as they might not be that bad!!😡😡😡
I don't want anyone else to loose out on a shady website.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter (second mistake!) Within minutes of placing the order I happened upon the horrific reviews and immediately sent an email to cancel the order - well within the 24 hour notice period (as stated in Shillas returns policy). Like the reviewer Tony below, I also got confirmation from Esther after a few emails that they would give me a refund 'soon'. They refused to quantify what constitutes 'soon', and I haven't heard from the company since - it's been 3 months now, despite numerous attempts. I shall be referring the matter to the Hong Kong Consumer Council and the HK Police as appropriate. Meanwhile I am out of pocket £154....I will re-post if and when this is resolved.

i contacted them to cancel my order and refund me (10mins after purchase)
while they say 24hr full refund i was met with esther who said it was fine and they were going to refund me do not worry he said...
a week went buy and nothing so i contacted them again esther again assured me that everything is ok please be penitent..
that was the last i heard from them they do not reply to my emails.
i have gone to bank and they are doing an investigation which now will take 6-8 weeks :(

This company effectively steal your money. You order a dress, which when it comes will either be the wrong dress, wrong colour or barely resemble the one the model is wearing in the photo and then comes the trouble!
They will tell you (if you send them a photo) that it suits you Right (in pigeon English)? You'll say no it doesn't and its not the colour I requested therefore I'd like a refund please, whereupon they will offer you an 8% (no its not a typo) 8% refund. You'll get more aggressive and insistent that they send you a full refund (quoting what you paid e.g. £111.99) and they will offer you 10%.
Their English is extremely poor and they don't seem to be governed by any laws, or at least they don't think so.
It's beyond me how this company has not been taken down by Trading Standards. My only hope now lies with my bank.

We ordered 2 dresses - 1 was to be custom made. Both arrived within 2 weeks but neither fitted; 1 had the cups sewn in so high I looked like I had 4 boobs! The other was a 2 piece and fitted nowhere. The lined area was so low it covered nothing.
I contacted Shillas to ask for return details as there was no paperwork in the parcel. 3 weeks on they still won't provide an address so I can't even get the import tax back.
They offered for me to have the dresses locally altered and they'd pay - a likely story!! I pointed out this would be more expensive than a refund as both would have to be remade and would probably end up with stitch marks across the bust. After endless emails they're now up to offering 12% refund - they started at 8%.
I now have enough evidence to go to MasterCard and hopefully they'll refund me.
Complete scam but there is hope
I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding last year in various sizes. Not one of them fitted, they were too long, too slim and not what I ordered. After many emails back and forth to "Linda" they offered me a 8% refund as long as I sent pictures of all 6 dresses. I sent 3 pictures (as they live all over the country) and was offered 4%. They refused to give me a returns address and all communication went silent from them.
As I said there is hope. I went to my bank and requested a charge back on my account for the sum of the dresses. As long as you can prove that you've asked for a refund, that's it's a reasonable excuse for the refund and that they're basically refusing you the refund or to return the package (i.e. No returns address) then you should get your money back. If you used a credit card, even better, as your credit card provider has your transactions automatically insured for occasions like this.

Wouldn't ever use them again. My dress didnt match the supplied measurements and the fabric was poor quality. They apologised offered to make another one. I said no i wanted a refund - they offered 8%! Which i accepted that was a number of weeks ago. Dont go near them!

Please report them to BBC watchdog, office for fair trading, advertising standard agency and any other organisation that you can think will be able to punish or even better shutdown the site.
