Seriously? Did you not go bankrupt, ripping off hundreds of people?

Never got my pods. I think they are bankrupt

Shine has stopped responding to all email, texts, and phone calls. I cannot get an answer regarding my back-ordered refill pods.

A few initial issues with battery life and spraying not quite right, but tech support is really helpful. I have two Shine units now and both provide great cleaning.

Terrible! Doesn’t answer phone chat or any emails. How am I suppose to get pods, it’s been 4 months without any response and I’ve sent 6 messages!

I wanted to love Shine Bathroom but I just don't. There are no alerts sent to my phone when solution needs made so unless it's a bathroom I am using, it runs out. And even in the bathroom I do use regularly, it does spare me having to clean the toilet any less often.

3 our of 4 of my units stopped working within a couple months, and even when they did work it simply slowed down the toilet-cleaning that was needed... Definitely doesn't replace toiled cleaning. Plus, with all the charging, filling, and monitoring of the units, it's no less work than simply cleaning a toilet a little more often.

I have been using two Shine bathroom assistants since September of 2021. They were easy to install and I didn't have any problems. A few times since then, they have disconnected themselves from wifi, but I just loosen the battery compartment and lock it again. They reconnect with no issues. They have done well with cleaning the buildup in my teenage son's bathroom. I use three pods on his.... because he is a teenage boy! My toliet stays extremely clean. I usually end up doing a quick scrub with a toliet brush about once a month. The pod ordering process through Shine Unlimited has been easy and painless with relatively quick shipping. Mine don't need to be charged all that often, maybe once a month. My phone charger and cord work well for it and I usually charge them overnight or while we are gone during the day. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with these units.

I waited a year for the product to be delivered. When it was things went well for a period of time but then the company went bankrupt and they obviously aren't honoring their commitments around warranty around their product nor their commitments regarding the 2 years of free pods that were promised with the device for cleaning. Now with no way to get replacement cleaning pods (much less get them for free as promised) the product is absolutely useless.

Started out great but now they’re MIA. No way to contact support or order more cleaning pods despite having paid for unlimited cleaning pods!

I ordered 4 of these units, one for each bathroom in my home. I was not able to get a single one to get past the "update" portion of the installation process. I was able to start the process, and see them, and follow the instructions till the update....then the system froze and I had to shut down and start all over again. Not once was I able to get beyond that point. I gave up. I contacted customer support and reported this issue 3 times and have yet to hear from anyone. This was 3 months ago.

You went bankrupt, and didn't bother to inform your customers!

I am part of the unlimited program. I can’t order any pods. I can’t get any help and all items are greyed out in my app. I have tried to reach people many times via chat and emails to support and never heard anything. I would never recommend Shine at this point. It is a lot of money for something you can’t get the items you need for it to work.
