I love my shine bathroom but I heard the company is no longer around?

Signed up for their annual refresh program and they quit sending me replacement pods. I also have a unit that is not working and I cannot get anyone to respond for customer service. Run as fast and far away as quick as possible.

Slow shipping, poor performance, bad app that never gets updated to have the features promised years and years ago ....

Product quit working. Emailed customer support weeks again and no response. Are they still in buisness? Biggest piece of crap I have ever spent 175 dollars on. Hope company goes bankrupt!!!!!!

Garbage company. Fleeced people out of millions of dollars and then ghosted everyone and vanished from the face of the earth. Shameful.

Unit stopped working and company appears to have gone under. Unlimited pods were not unlimited. Very difficult to access support. Not sure the unit actually helped with cleaning at all.

Unable to contact anyone about issues. Not charging cable included. I’ve tried contacting multiple times and they send me a request about how my service was. The answer is I got no service.

I have unlimited pods and have requested twice and still have not recived them. Why unlmited if I can;t get them

I loved the product until it abruptly stopped functioning after a few months.

Customer service failed to review my message about the malfunctioning unit.

3 orders not fulfilled. No answers from customer support. Paid for unlimited cleaning pods and won't allow me to order since December.

It's been months since I placed my pod order and it hasn't shipped. I requested months ago that my units sensitivity be reset and it never was. My unit grew black mold/mildue on the inside and the tube is dark black with mold/mildue. You don't answer these issues on the fb group and don't allow them to be posted or discussed. I am now out of pods and this thing is useless and you guys don't respond to requests.

What? You are collecting reviews but you cannot provide customer service? I heard you are bankrupt, and you have scammed me out of approximately $500 between the accessories and the products. Lesson learned, never never never trust a pilot program like this.

I have been using them for months now.I can't tell any difference whether they are there or not. Batteries die constantly. The app is poorly coded to the point where it kills my phone battery. Even then it never alerts when it's out of cleaner, if the batteries are dead, or if the toilet is stuck running. So I apologize for the negative review but if I have to clean the toilet just the same as without it what's it's actual purpose? There customer service is great they just need better engineers.

No where to order pods anymore. Customer service does not answer.

The company went bankrupt and with the server now down, these are all useless now. Won't run without the app.

TBH the product itself isn't that bad, even though they die in about 1.5- 2 weeks before needing a recharge (definitely not 6 months) But support for it and the app ARE BEYOND HORRIBLE. Have reordered their "necessary " pods 3 times now in 2 months and have received nothing, so back to manual scrubbing again and 200+ dollars less in the bank. The app is essentially useless and barely keeps track of anything useful. Don't buy it or if you have already, don't get their pods. With a little know how, you can figure out how to use them without the App.

Since the company has gone bankrupt; I no longer can get supplies or customer service, I need to leave a rating of one star. It's really a shame, but I feel like I paid a good amount of money and got what turned into garbage.

I do feel bad for the employees who worked for Shine and ultimately lost their jobs.

Doesn’t work. No customer service.
