Received the tin of Shinebuddi today but it is proving impossible for anyone to open it, the lid is locked solid & there is no edge to lever against to prise lid upwards. Don’t want to use heat because of possible detrimental effect on contents. Tried asking for advice via email address on receipt but email returned not found. Perhaps you could contact me Chris re order #1107

A sponge with liquid? I was expecting a cream or wax as the liquid is clear so how is it meant to cover scuffs or scratches soles? I’m confused

Was expecting a shoe polish sized tin of a cream/wax type product. Actual tin is much smaller and contains a sponge with some liquid in it. Made my shoes dull. Definitely not worth £20 and won’t he buying again
