Horrible customer support with 0 technical knowlege.

The person on the other end of my support ticket had no clue about their own product's technicalities. The responses were unhelpful and alarmingly misinformed. You can't trust a product when those behind are incompetent.

They kept repeating the same paragraph from the theme documentation and used unprofessional. No cause or solution to the serious issues the theme has caused.

Ever best customer support

We are using there Word Press Theme named 'Traveler' & we are completely satisfied with the performance, appearance, functionality & above all the pro active customer support along with the comprehensive documentation of it.
There provided extensions (some are free) to use with the theme as add on are one of the best solutions we have found.

Amazing Theme, Excellent Support

Good theme, great customer service

I am a still a novice to the IT, coding and web world and I did have some issues with the theme but customer service has been patient and generally great. All issues get resolved or a suitable solution is provided. They remind me of why I liked and purchased the theme in the first place...it is flexible and includes all of the components for if or when I want to grow my business.

I want to be honest

I want to be honest, at first, I see this theme as a failure due to some issues with the theme. But I was stand corrected by how Support team assist me in every way. They resolve every issues I encountered. There's a lot to improved but the important part is they are listening to every suggestion. I am so glad I landed on the right purchase and that is shinetheme!

Customer support is beyond expectation. They are extending their help above on what you ask! Keep it up! God bless Shinetheme!
