Poor image quality.
Item arrived on time and in good shape. But the image in the heart pendant looks like it was made on a poor quality inkjet printer and printed on standard whit paper. It is hard to read and looks bad. Not even half the quality of the image advertised. It is a shame that the metalwork looks so great and then they used such a poor quality image. Makes it look like a $5 walmart pendant. Now I'm trying to decide it I even want to give it to my wife.
