Excellent service. I booked six segments with this agency…
I booked six segments with this agency before arriving in Japan, including bullet trains and loca trains with green reserved seats during high season and golden week. Their customer service is fantastic and every time I had a question, they immediately responded by email. My tickets were delivered by email and paper tickets to my hotel in Tokyo. A very low stress experience and much easier than dealing with the JR website, which is very complicated to use.

Smooth and easy Shinkansen booking experience
I used this service last week while traveling in Japan to book Shinkansen tickets from Tokyo to Kanazawa. The website was very clear and easy to use, which made the purchase process simple and stress-free.
I also contacted customer service with a question before my trip, and they responded kindly and provided clear guidance, which was very helpful.
Overall, it was a smooth experience and made arranging my train travel in Japan much easier. I would happily use the service again.

SCAM ALAERT! This company falsely represents itself as the Shinkansen operator and will take your money. When I wanted a refund they refused to give me my money back. I never got the tickets and lost $300. STAY AWAY
