I placed an order before Thanksgiving for two pairs of socks that were intended to be a Christmas present. I contacted the company on December 11th and was told that they would ship in 1 to 3 days. I was concerned about having them in time for Christmas. After telling me that, the company then did not ship them until December 24th and they did not get here until January 3rd. Way past Christmas and a month and a half after being ordered. Nothing that I ordered from any other company for Christmas took that long. And I contacted this company multiple times to make sure that they would take action to get things here and time. Very poor customer service.

Sent two flawed sports team hoodies with missing print. Tried to convince me to keep them for a 15% discount on next purchase. When I refused, they said to return and they would replace for a return fee. I won’t be doing business with them in the future.

shipped wrong sweater, requested for this to be corrected, was told to sell incorrect sweater for discount and purchase the correct sweater, 7weeks to receive the wrong sweater. Terrible service!

Be careful when you buy pajamas, is this material easy to hook? My manicure scratches my clothes easily, but I can't do it without a manicure, it's really a shame.

While this was a relatively satisfying purchase, I feel that the merits of their products are on the expensive side.
