Ship.com treats their customers right …

When I had a missing package I was not sure what to do so I emailed Ship.com They responded to my email very quickly and explained to me who to contact (USPS) and gave me the website. The information I was given really got the ball rolling My package was located and is arriving today. I really appreciate helpful people. Thank you

s#$@ customer service huh…

Order order to order that says was claim never got shopped never got delivered call 20 minutes after order was supposed to be delivered and they just asked me if I wanted to reschedule it and then just apologized and that was it that's terrible customer service terrible in general.

Efficient and time saving tool!

I've been using ship.com to ship all my online boutique orders for a few years now. I love that it's integrated with my invoicing system so that when an invoice is paid I can simply click to purchase postage and ship it. It's also really simple to give someone a custom quote for shipping if needed.

User Friendly and Fantastic for Everyone!

I use Ship.com multiple times a week to mail packages to friends/family and sometimes customers. I've been using it for over 4 years and I can say the pricing is as good as other mailing programs, but honestly the best part is how easy it is to use. It integrates to my invoicing system and has so many personalizable features. Truly an awesome program and I recommend it to any small-business owner!

Small business essential

I've been using ship.com for years to ship items to my customers. The platform is very user friendly, and the rates are great. I also like that the site makes it very easy to keep track of shipping charges for the year so that I can easily calculate the information that I need come tax time. If you are a small business owner, I highly recommend ship.com for your shipping needs.

Given inaccurate information

I have been using ship.com for about 2 years. When I set up my billing I was not able to attach my bank account due to an error in their system. At that time I was advised I could add a balance (which you are required to do if you don't have your banking attached to the account) and that I could be refunded at anytime in the future that I no longer wished to use their services. I tried to get my money back and was informed that I could only be refunded for up to 6 months from the initial payment. Now I am stuck using their services until my money runs out when other companies have much lower shipping rates.
I gave 2 stars because even though I had this issues and their rates are higher than done other websites I do find the system easy to use and navigate and it connects with square.

Fantastic shipping company

This shipping is the best one I've found. They make it so easy to run my business from home!
If I have a question, the live chat is amazing. There was a time I entered the incorrect weight and my customer still got their package and the difference just came out of my account on file.

Easy to use

Ship takes care of all my shipping…

Ship takes care of all my shipping needs. When I’m over or under they make it right and refund me when necessary! I appreciate everything this company does and it makes my customers happy as well! I love how easy the site is to use as well!

Great Customer Support

The best part about ship.com is the fast customer service. The support is great. If you have any questions the support team is very helpful and responsive. The monthly fee is also very reasonable with the amount of services available through Ship. I definitely recommend to any business owners.

Ship makes it so easy …

Ship makes it so easy for me to print out my labels at home and package the order and provide tracking! The system is beautiful as I'm able to enter and email customers to ensure they l received the order.
